If you are looking this sign into the city of Amsterdam, unfortunately you wont find it! It has been moved outside the main entrance of Schiphol airport, cause it was creating a lot of crowds inside the city!!! True story!! Don t forget to take a picture with it while you are at the airport of Amsterdam.

A huge airport. A lot of walking. Friendly airport hosts. Eager to help. Many beautiful shops with reasonable prices. Very clean with great decoration.

So this particular sign is infront of airport and though its nice to get a picture with it.. its extremely hard to get one without anyone passing by. Also the background and location kind of kill the whole awesomeness of the sign.

Looks huge from front but definitely not worth the hype. I felt like without thousands on signatures on it, it would have been far more better and cleaner.

They moved the sign, used to be located at the museum. This current location isn't aesthetically-pleasing, but is convenient and easy to locate. Maybe because it is no longer at such an artsy location, there are very few tourists taking photos.

Located outside the Schiphol airport. Just a regular sign. Symbol of Amsterdam check-in. Usually a bit crowded by tourists but if you have a very early flight or late flight then you'll find close to no one there. Other than that it's just a regular sign nothing more l, nothing less.

Giving it 4 stars since I’m a basic tourist who wanted to take a picture with the I am Amsterdam sign and this was the closest one!! Note to the others: the one at the a’dam lookout is not there anymore so don’t waste your time! The sign itself is underwhelming since it’s been graffitied all over and kinda dirty. there’s also lines of people waiting to take pictures with it/in your photo but it still fulfilled all my touristy dreams :)

Nice hour spent outside the airport near the sign. Fed the birds and sat in the sun and watched the popular come and go. Very busy around there, not surprisingly

Located at the airport. Nice to see this tourist site to say I’ve been here. Nothing fancy and no fuss. Was glad there wasn’t too many people around when I got to the airport.

It's amazing to visit the Sign, but it's not at the right place . In addition, people painting and scraping it and writing their names is not appropriate, I hope they move it to centrum again

Great photo opportunity in a outdoor traveling plaza, busy area and many options for taxi or bus. If you’re taking a train stop would recommend to go outside for this quick picture!

Good photo opportunity when coming out of airport. Isn’t the best signposted so need to make sure you come out of the right exit to find it.

It's just a sign at the square outside of the airport, nothing special..however many tourists see this sign as a great opportunity to make a nice picture. Unfortunately its quite busy so it's almost impossible to take a picture without any other people walking in front of the sign. Also many taxi and public transport buses in the background. Good for a quick picture but not a big tourist attraction at all

This place is so beautiful and awesome but it’s very busy so I recommend to family to have more careful on their kids and their self. Coz it’s busy with cars! But remember it’s very safe place us we know!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a famous tourist spot located within the Schipol airport. A world famous sign that everyone wants to get their pictures clicked. It is definitely crowded due to the same reason and extremely difficult to get a clean picture. I waited for 15 to 20 mins for others to be done clicking theirs but when I realised it was an endless wait, clicked a selfie and got done with it.

The other one they had near the museum was prettier and better to take a beautiful picture, but this one is still nice 👌 😊

Cool sign, but nothing special. It's at the airport, so there's no rush to travel time to view it

One of the nearest place from Schipool Station, this is just outside of Station. Good to capture photos in day time, no proper light during night time. Can be visit to capture pictures.

The sign is too large to be captured in a picture frame. Nowadays it's situated outside the airport. The background isn't good. So crowded that you can't get a good picture.

Shop, travel, eat One of the best pit stops in your journey. Parking near airport is costly, don't travel here by car if plan to spend some time.

This is such a long sign, it’s difficult to get a full picture with all letters. It’s mostly filled with people so, you have to take turns taking pictures. Located at a cool position.
