I was coming to this studio for 6+ months and service gradually deteriorated overtime. Last 2 times I got my skin burned and bruises in bikini zone, which never happened during years of my waxing experience. Also any additional requests from my side during the procedure were always treated in a too emotional way. Not coming again

For everyone that are new in Berlin, like I am, and doesn't know where to go, this is my absolute recommendation. These ladies are sooo nice and professional. I had no irritation, it was minimal pain, everything is clean, which is very important for me, and I am happy I have found them. ✨

First time getting waxed - it was overall quite ok, and I love the feeling afterward for sure. The workers were friendly and caring - sympathising with the pain and quick with the work, but I don't think they understood completely that it was my first time and I really didn't know what to expect. I had sent an email asking questions the week before, but no response unfortunately... I think it is fine though, the questions in the end unimportant, they were mostly just anxiety about the whole thing. Would it have been better to have an idea which wax would be ripped off next with a countdown OR was it better to have no idea so I wasn't able to prepare and tense up? Maybe. Every table and worker had a separate closed area, table/fan/wax station, chair and place to hang your clothes. I did hear other people talking in English, also conversations in German, my worker didn't seem too conversational in either language - just smiling and working. I made the appointment online - very easy and nice to be able to choose the exact things you want. I was also able to easily change the appointment time.

I have been twice at this adorable ladies already and I absolutely love it there. The service is indeed incredible. I never had to wait over 3min to be treated and the result are always fabulous. They are super sweet, they know what they are doing and their energy is just a sunshine in Berlins gloomy days. Would 100% recommend them.

Amazing salon. They’re so nice and do a great job. I’m excited every time I book an appointment because I know it’s going to look great. Everything is really clean and professional. Especially for first time waxing customers this would be a great salon as they‘ll make you feel safe and sound and it’ll be very comfortable 🥰

Not satisfied. Excessive amount of painful ingrown hair, also my skin is COVERD in unsightly pimples, I cant wear tops! I'm at a loss as to how to get rid of them :( Beside that, the wax used was scorching hot. I do not advise.

These ladies are amazing. I have been a few times now and every time the experience is great. Everyone is super friendly and does a great job with waxing. I am always satisfied with the result. Will continue to come back :)

I came to this studio three times and had three different beauticians. I can recommend Priscilla. She continuesly checked the temperature so I would not get burned, asked if I was okay, took her time and was very friendly. Unfortunately, I did not have such a good experience with the other employees.. Yes, I have not tried all, but I will not try out more either, as I found one that I am happy with.

I had a microneedling treatment at Sanft & Schön with Neia, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the outcome. Despite having some impurities on my nose prior to the treatment, Neia attempted to remove them so aggressively that she ended up totally destroying some parts of my nose, leaving a scar that will be with me for life. During the treatment, I experienced a lot of pain and discomfort, and my face didn't look their best afterwards. To make matters worse, a large pimple that was manipulated during the treatment only became worse and after one month of the treatment the giant pimple is still there. While I appreciate their efforts, I would caution others to be wary of the lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

My German is not so good so I will write in English. I have been to many waxing places in Berlin Mitte and this is by far my favorite. All because the two ladies in charge are wonderful. They always make you feel comfortable and at ease. The job done is also very professional. I have become a regular customer and am very happy with service.
