If you're an American, DON'T COME HERE. 1. They don't know how to use a VAT form even though the form itself is translated in German with specific, explicit instructions. My German boyfriend was also explaining it to them in German already and still, they didn't understand. We wanted to purchase multiple items and were told that we can only purchase ONE item at a time for each VAT form. So if you want to buy 10 plates, you will be told to bring 10 VAT forms. Again, the instructions are written in German and there's even space for them to write ALL the items you've purchased. Take your money somewhere else, save yourself the hassle and don't waste your time. 2. We were interested in buying a couch and asked about purchasing pillows for the couch. The man in the couch section was only interested in selling couches because they get commission for that so he did not help us with anything else and just wanted to seal the deal as quickly as possible. The staff here are very unfriendly so I'm not sure why they work in customer service instead when they're incapable of providing any type of customer service. If you're German and enjoy terrible customer service or don't mind giving your money to a corporation with zero sense of customer service, then sure, come here.

Worst customer service. You can expect Bed delivery in minimum +12 weeks. Worst Kundendienst. The leader of Kundendienst is arrogant and not customer friendly. Until you took the contract of the item from Höffner the team behaves good and once you signed the contract then you left no where in middle of the Ocean. Worst behaviour of the Höffner-Mannheim Schwetzingen Team especially Kundendienst 👎👎👎👎👎

+ amazing variety of furnitures and home accessories. - some items are overprices, you can find the same item same brand for one fourth of that price on Amazon. Reductions and sales are fake. Very bad customer service. I ordered a sofa and wanted to cancel my order after 10 days. While the delivery was in 10 weeks, they said it is impossible to cancel, totally illegal. They make promises and avoid mentioning that you can't cancel when you want to buy, but are not responsive thereafter.

Bought two wardrobes on 31.05.2019. On the delivery date, 26.06.2019, they told me that they just have one wardrobe available to deliver and the second one will be delivered in the future!! Today, I got an email that those will be delivered on 08.07.2019. Surprise, today, 08.07.2019, we got again just one wardrobes!! Still the second one is missing!! They don't have any explanation!!

They don't care about the customers at all. We ordered a product at their place, the wrong item was sent, because the sales lady wrote the wrong description. So we refused to accept the product. Then they asked us to pay 25% as the penalty. Will never buy anything at this shop. Hope you all read the comment here. Update here: we wrote to the e-mail address provided in the reply here, but got no answer after few days. See i know the reply is only to show that they care about our feedback.

Actually I want give 5 stars instead of 3 which was uncarefully touch! At that time I didn't give a review because I was busy enjoying my Asia meal...The restaurant is wonderfully decorated...comfortable and romantic. I always find the things which I willing to have than other places. The products are high classic, good service after sale.

Never busy - except for the customer service department (Kundendienst). Lots of personnel hanging around with no customers to serve - except in the customer service department. Easy to park - even on Saturdays when every other furniture store in Germany is packed you will always find a place to park here. You'll need to keep checking if your product is delivered - their IT systems work using levers, cranks and cog wheels it seems - you'll need to keep phoning to check if your product is there ot not. The food is good. Every meal is made to order. You wait and wait and wait as your food is cooked fresh before your eyes - exactly what you want from food in a furniture store.

It was good but I hope that they open the kids playing area soon and extend the opening hours of the restaurant

The showcase looks greater in reality. Delivery time as expected with no delays at all. A team of two from Höffner, assembled the showcase quite quickly. Very happy with the order and services from Höffner. Alles super!

My personal opinion is that 6-7-8 weeks is a bit too long to wait, especially when the furniture is "in stock".. but in the end everything is good. Special thanks to delivery guys! They were first class. Wardrobe is nice, easy to bild so I can recomand , only , do not be surprised if have to wait 😉

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good selection in different pricing ranges. We found what we were looking for.

Huge furniture and decorations place. Too big for my taste. At the ground floor to many detailed things it makes me tired. Tons of furniture to choose from but i would say 15% special design furniture (like the one from Team 7) and the rest is normal, nothing special. In comaparison with XXL Lutz i prefer XXL.

Good furniture selection, specially for kids room, bathroom. Nice play room for kids and good restaurant. Have to say it is the best Möbel Shopping Mall in this area.

You will find everything for home, furniture, kitchens, white appliances, a variety of dinner services and decoration for the home. Staff is not the most helpful, the place is hard to get on public transport. However it you will find what you are looking.

Is a Great Place to shop for Good Furnitures. I LOVE IT
