360 degrees look: from Ashkelon to Hebron to Amman to Jerusalem to Tel Aviv. A must see if you travel from Jerusalem down south.

Wow what a view! On a good day you can see all the way to the Mediterranean Sea. This is one of several purpose-built observation points on hill tops of the Gush Etzion area.

Very nice look out from within Neve Daniel. Suggest bringing binoculars. The ones there are hard to use.

This is one of my favorite places in Israel and a must for anyone that wants to see history past present and future in one place. One can see Tel Aviv while standing near the ancient Roman road that went to Jerusalem. Be sure to go on clear days- it is possible to see the entire width of Israel from the Mediterranean to Jordan. Highly recommended.

Looks out over a lot of Israel which is nice and on really crisp clear winter days (not summer- too smoggy) you can see the beach, Rishon and the outlines of the buildings in Tel Aviv. But there aren't too many crisp clear days and if it is cold and windy(most of the time in winter) you need ear muffs so you don't freeze your brains off. Nice to do though if your a tourist but check the weather.

An amazing panoramic observation point on the top of a mountain in the Neveh Daniel community in Gush Etzion. Over 1000 meters above sea level the view on a clear day from this site can be breathtaking. The site can be accessed via public transportation from Jerusalem. Enjoy

Mitzpor means a place to watch for birds. This one is 1000 meters over sea level. If you stand there on a bright day you can see all the way down to the Mediterranean sea. Park the car next to a small playground, and take a very short walk up a dirt road, and get to Mitzpor HaElef. You walk up the stairs to take in the beautiful view. If you are in the area anyway, you should stop there to have a look, but I wouldn't go there especially. People usually spend there bout half an hour.

Beautiful lookout point. You can see Chevron, Yerushalayim and the Mediterranean on a clear day.
