A loud and brazen blonde waitress, sitting at a pub table, first yapped at me when I was inquiring about food ordering rules at the bar, that she will come to take the order. After bringing the order, she disappeared forever and I had to personally walk over and request the check from her after waiting for a long time. Which she then never brought. After finally managing to pay to a different waitress, I found the original one chilling outside at a sidewalk table with a bunch of customers.

Went to treat my friends for my birthday here, the food was great, the drinks alright but the service was undesirable. We've had a server for when we ordered the drinks and then another replaced him for the food (fish and chips, black angus burger and quesadillas) and other beverages. The issue was that we had to call the waiter multiple times anytime we needed to order something and most of the time they were nowhere to be found. I would've understood if the place was crowded but this was not the case. The other issue is related to the prices, they were not acceptable for the quality of the products. For example, a beer that I had was 26 lei ( about 5 euros) and a simple gin and tonic was 32 lei (about 6.5 euros).

My wife and I saw this place and decided to try it out on a rainy day, not getting too far off the beaten path from our hotel the Radisson Blu, nearby. It was actually very good. I had the fish and chips and my wife had the black angus burger. Both were very good. The fries, fresh cut, were super good. Our waitress was kind and attentive and had a smiling face throughout our visit.
