The food was awesome. Very tasty and accommodating to allergies. It's open till 2am. You dont have to wait to be seated. They do accept credit card. Great place for tourists on budget but want good food.

I Haven’t visited this place for a while now - more than a year! And maybe we ordered something that is not their specialty, but i was truly dissapointed in what we served today: quesadilla and ribs. The ribs were … tasteless, hard to cut from the bone, really not tasty (3/5)and the quesadilla was weird, the chicken was dry, the mix between veggies, cheese and meat was not great (3/5). We had some iced tea which was ok, i guess, but definitely far from what we had expected. I know pastas are good, maybe next time i’ll stick to that.

The atmosphere is really nice and cozy in this industrial looking restaurant. Food, whatever we have tried is of great taste and well prepared. Portions are HUGE and prices reasonable. The only downside is that the service is rather neutral and slow.

Nice restaurant. The food is really good and the portions are pretty big. I recommend the cheese platter (2 persons) and the chicken and mushrooms pasta. The staff is friendly and the service is pretty fast. The location is central. The music is mellow, not too loud, so you can hear each other talk. Can get crowded in the weekends.

The pasta and steak were excellent, the eggplant with cheese appetizer was cold from inside and wasn't cooked probably.

Awesome place , we came here two times in a row the food is soo delicious, the lava cake is a must and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The best restaurant with very good prices and big portion, we eat boston steak which was very big pork chop, also dessert is incredible, highly recommended

Very, very, sweet. Everything seemed dipped in infused sugar. Even the main meal was laced with honey. The prices are high as well. And not only because the inflation. Service was slow, after 20m we had to ask again for our dessert. Anyway, the bottled beer was good!

We came here as recommended by a friend living in Bucharest. Very disappointed with: 1. The wait time - took more than 40 mins for the dishes to come out (appetizers and main). When we asked about it, they mentioned there's a lot of tables to serve, but the place was BARELY half full. 2. The food (see pic) - we ordered the salata venete (no flavour), the seabass (flaky and ok taste) and lastly baked aubergine a la parmagiana. The baked aubergine was 80% CHEESE and 20% aubergines! Literally 2-3 thin slices and a bowl full of cheese. It was inedible! Pros: ambiance.

This used to be a nice place,but sadly nowadays it keeps on disappointing. Last time I went here we had the oriental platter, which was just mediocre hummus,guacamole and bagged tortilla chips. The chicken quesadilla was okish, still for the prices, the quality could have been better.

I had visited it for the first time 6 years ago, and it was one of my favorites every time I visited Bucharest since then. However, this time the food quality and service disappointed me greatly. I hope the management takes steps in the right direction.

I've been to Alt Shift numerous times and always had a great experience. One of the most popular places in Bucharest for dining. The food is awesome and the portions are large. You have many options to choose from, like a variety of pasta, appetizers, burgers, and mouth-watering desserts. My all-time favourite is the beef schnitzel.

The food was really delicious and very worth the price. we ordered a salad for the whole table but it arrived last and we weren’t brought plates to share, no utensils to share the salad either
