I called to make an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, all good and beautiful. I got there, and after she finished my manicure, I told her that I also had a pedicure. He spoke to the gentleman at the reception, who I think is also the owner, and I was not scheduled for a pedicure. I tell you, who was talking on the phone and totally ignored me, that when I called I asked for both and he confirmed on the phone. He told me that I am wrong and that I am not right. He didn't even try to make up for it when I asked if I could reschedule. Total lack of management, professionalism and evidence of callousness. If he admitted that he didn't remember, not blaming me was something else. I do not recommend! The manicure turned out ok, but with such a manager (whatever he is) it's not worth it. Another time to value customers, you just lost 2!

We live in a century where it seems mandatory to be able to pay with a card for the services I want to benefit from. The situation in which the employees are not taught to receive this kind of payment, and the "authorized" person does not ensure permanent in the salon and, nonchalantly, sends the client to the ATM is inconceivable to me. It seems they don't need customers. So, if it happens again, I give up their services, although I have no dissatisfaction with the staff with whom I came into direct contact, the person with availability, inclined to the client and his needs, professional and jovial.

It's a shame about the professional services of Mădălina from cosmetics, but the organization of the appointments leaves a lot to be desired. From this perspective I do not recommend.
