The place looks nice and clean, more quiet than other salons. The waxing procedure I went for was quick and the results lasted. Much better than the last time I visited them two years ago. Both the receptionist and the cosmetitian were attentive and professional.

I was extremely disappointed when I got home and noticed that the hair was only broken on the surface of the skin, in several parts, not pulled out at all. Why did I pay for a service that was not performed properly 🫠

A pleasant concept, well thought out by some smart people, an Ok couple of entrepreneurs, which unfortunately is pulled down by some employees with a lot of "daddyism". Although the schedule shown on all communication channels is from Monday to Friday until 9:00 p.m., they look at you badly if you enter the salon after 8:00 p.m., on the grounds that "we don't want to go home at exactly 9, but earlier ". The employees argue with each other in the presence of customers, especially that agitated beautician (seriously you need to do something about this) who only talks nonsense, for example "I control who the bosses fire"🙄. I don't know his name but I think the whole salon knows who I'm talking about. A classic example of how some employees who do not understand entrepreneurship can overshadow the work of cool people. Hard on the workforce. Success!

The review is strictly related to a cosmetics employee, Alina, who is totally unprofessional. She is aggressive in her movements, pulling wax as if skinning a pig. Once he pulled a piece of wax so hard that it flew into my head. The experiences with her, 4 in number, were very bad. It hurts tremendously and I have been to many girls over time. So, I don't recommend going to her. On the other hand, the salon is beautiful, clean, and the staff at the reception is very good.
