I went there with my MTB to report a problem. The bicycle hasn't been tested properly (in my opinion) by the specialist, he told me that that the chain and back gears must be replaced. I replace them for 75 Euro and after I made a test drive, the problem became worse then before. They told me that I need to replace one more part. I really did not want to solve the issue I reported by replacing part after part until they "fix" it. I asked that my old parts to be put back and I have been refused for the reason that they have been already mounted on my bicycle and they can not sell them further anymore. I don't think that this is the customer problem. So I spend 75 Euro and my bicycle has a bigger problem the before.

Had high hopes but were deeply dissapointed. Tried out different ski boots but did it by our self no help at all. Vert passive towards clients!

Up to now proved to be the best running and outdoor store for me. Maybe a bit expensive, but have a large assortment in the brick and mortar shops in Bucharest, and offer many promotions and discounts. Bought Hoka and Nike trail shoes, Scarpa boots, running jacket, all top quality.

Tudor and Antonio really helped me with a swift repair of my bycicle. With calm and focus they replaced the broken parts and with overwhelming professionalism they handled my bycicle with care. Even though they had other clients coming in, they did a great job in managing my babycries for attention and the other people in need of assistance. I can only thank them very much for the manner in which they carried out their job and I look forward into seeing them again. As a side note, I'll keep my tires to a 2.5 atm and change my gears more carefully when going uphill. Thank you very much again!

When it comes to customer service, Romania still has a lot to improve. But the service at Sport Guru exceeds all expectations. Professionalism. That's the word that best describes it. You can count on knowledge and support from the very beginning. you will receive an answer to every question and other suggestions that will allow you to make a purchase. Whether you spend 15 minutes or more than an hour there, the staff will do everything to make you satisfied. I know that the shoes I was advised to buy will make the experience of my first marathon in my life less painful 😁I wish the service was so perfect everywhere

Buy only if you don't find the product at zumont, nootka, alpinexpert. Expensive and bad service.

They sell and ship bikes without pedals, without stating it on their website! Who does that? Bike is useless without pedals.

Nice shop for sport gears, shoes and stuff. (Cycling, running, waking, trekking etc) Friendly and helpful staff. They have also ‘Venum’ my favourite art martial clothes. We will be back for sure.

I had a disappointing shopping experience. I asked someone from the staff - Ionut, to help me. He told me he would do that as soon as he finished with a client, which is fair. The problem was that he didn't have a client, but was talking to someone who seemed like a friend, about their training at the gym. He effectively turned his back to me and left me waiting with the products in my hand for about 5 minutes, continuing to talk about the gym. This is not professional behavior!

Five stars for the engineers in the Sportguru Unirii service. I had a piece missing from my kid's woom bike that i have tried to find from a couple of weeks and could not find it anywhere. The engineer was very helpful, he identified the missing piece and ordered it from the manufacturer. With his help I had the bike fixed in a couple of days. So I would definitely recommend the Unirii service.
