I
ran
into
a
major
problem
with
the
beginner
swim
instructor.
I
attended
8
swim
sessions
trying
to
learn
on
my
own
as
the
instructor
showed
a
lack
of
commitment
to
teaching
beginners.
I
believe
that
an
instructor
should
be
constantly
present,
offering
advice
and
encouragement
to
promote
learner
progress.
Unfortunately,
the
instructor
showed
a
rather
passive
attitude,
limiting
himself
to
making
sure
I
didn't
drown
by
swimming
beside
me.
Moreover,
with
the
appearance
of
other
beginners,
I
was
completely
ignored
in
the
pool
-
there
were
only
4
of
us,
but
I
don't
want
you
to
imagine
what
would
have
happened
if
there
had
been
more
of
us.
With
all
due
respect
to
the
staff
and
the
cleanliness
of
the
pool,
changing
room
and
toilets,
I
must
state
that
for
the
500
lei
fee,
I
prefer
to
swim
elsewhere,
in
an
environment
where
training
is
a
priority.
It
is
possible
that
the
novice
instructor's
lack
of
extensive
experience
working
with
learners
is
a
cause
of
this
situation,
but
it
is
essential
to
remedy
this
problem
to
prevent
future
customer
dissatisfaction.
I
have
raised
this
issue
with
the
front
desk
and
I
hope
you
will
consider
improving
the
way
you
train
newbies.
Otherwise,
it's
possible
that
the
next
new
customers
will
leave
with
the
same
disappointment
as
me.
I
asked
the
reception
staff
to
contact
me
when
the
swimming
instructor
for
beginners
will
change,
until
then,
I
will
not
waste
my
money
here
on
swimming
sessions.
