A horrible experience from the moment I stepped my foot in this salon. I have been treated with lack of respect and professionalism. The manager is the most rude human being I met. Some nail technicians are good but some are a disaster. AVOID it! There are so many other amazing nails saloons in Bucharest.

The owner or manger (a rude Moldavian man) of this place is a joke. He is the most unprofessional and least costumer focused person I ever met. I had an appointment for manicure and pedicure. After they let me wait for 1h past my initial appointment, a simple shellac pedicure took almost 2h. At the end of it they told me that there is no time to do the manicure anymore and on top of this the manager of this place tried to make me responsible for this situation. Full lack of respect and professionalism. I read other reviews (see Alina Cismasu’s review) who had the exact experience as me. This manager is truly destroying a potentially beautiful place. Avoid! After reading the review of the owner I see he is also a notorious liar. A business built on false information, false accusations and absolute lack of consumer care has no chance to succeed.

I only had good experiences in this beauty salon. I recommend Eliza for manicure and pedicure of any kind. She is very friendly, welcoming & has always the best suggestions. As about Andrei, I visit almost every week twice, just because I love how my hair looks like having it done by him. I also love that i can set my appointments online through their application, & that you also are able to choose the option for special offers if you are visiting very often. Like for example for washing your hair.

Very professional and detail-oriented !

I went at this salon for a mani with semi and a pedi with normal. I loved the way Diana did my mani, very carefully with the corners, did a great job with mu cuticles and everything was sterile and clean! On the other hand, she started with my pedi, she did her thing and after some time she checked the nail polish and told me to put my shoes on. When I arrived home, my nail polish on the toenails was ruined. I had to clean them and do them again by myself, 90 RON paid for nothing :( But don't get me wrong, I loved her service, this is just a feedback for future clients that will help her improve.

I highly recommend the salon. It has a very friendly website and you can make your own appointment by seeing the days and times available. For me personally, this is a big plus. Diana is a very nice girl and works extremely well. She is very attentive to detail and works extremely clean. The utensils are sterilized and that is the biggest plus. I highly recommend her.

A beautiful place and most important a very well trained, friendly and very good cosmetic specialist( i only tried this service). But every sit for every specialty was taken in the cosmetic center, i had no chance to ‘steal’ a pedicure without appointment. I’ll sure come back, congrats for the good work!

Finally, finally a place where the girls are nice and they work professionally. I've got the exact manicure I wanted (baby boomer in gel). In addition, this is the only salon where they actually sterilize their manicure instruments. Even though this should be a normal procedure in any salon, they are the only ones taking things seriously (I've been to something like 30 salons in Bucharest). Totally reccomend it!!!

The only person I trust with my hair is the hair stylist, Andrei, at Illusion Beauty Center. Andrei works carefully, passionately, and attentively—qualities that are rare among hairdressers nowadays. Every time I visited Andrei, I left the salon feeling the happiest, most satisfied and confident.

I've been doing my nails here with Ivanna, Daniela and Diana and I have never been disappointed!! I have been coming with some specific requests from time to time, but they always had patience to fulfill my request. They work very clean and the products are great quality. I have always felt pampered when I came to do my nails. Amazing service. Also not forgetting about the hair. Even though I don't do my hair too often, as I try to keep it a natural colour and only coming every few months, Andrei has always taken so much care. He recommended me colours that fit me and I love how well he cuts the hair. Thank you all so much for your great work! 🥰
