Horror.
Avoid
this
clinic
at
all
costs
and
especially
Dr.
Iulia
Sabaru
(ENT).
Total
lack
of
professionalism.
I
live
in
England
but
I
had
more
confidence
in
Romanian
medicine.
I
went
to
the
consultation
in
September
to
find
out
the
cause
of
an
anosmia,
Dr.
Sabaru
recommended
the
turbine
reduction
operation
and
assured
me
that
he
will
stay
in
contact
with
me
via
WhatsApp
to
try
a
treatment
and
establish
a
possible
appointment.
In
December
I
made
the
appointment
with
you
for
February.
I
would
have
had
a
flight
for
a
Wednesday,
but
Dr.
Sabaru
warned
me
that
he
is
at
the
clinic
on
Tuesday,
not
Wednesday.
I
say
this
because
he
later
changed
his
schedule
for
Wednesday
without
notifying
me.
Communication
was
very
difficult
and
I
was
often
left
without
an
answer,
having
to
insist
with
messages
-
however,
I
appreciated
the
fact
that
I
was
able
to
stay
in
touch
even
though
I
was
no
longer
in
the
country.
I
insisted
many
times
to
confirm
the
appointment,
I
wanted
to
make
sure
that
I
don't
fly
to
Romania
for
nothing
in
a
very
busy
academic
and
professional
period,
plus
the
costs
of
the
flight
and
accommodation
(I'm
not
from
Bucharest).
When
I
arrived
at
the
clinic
for
the
appointment,
the
ladies
at
the
reception
looked
at
each
other
and
told
me
that
the
doctor
had
changed
her
schedule,
and
on
top
of
that,
my
appointment
was
non-existent
in
their
system.
I
tried
to
contact
the
doctor,
but
she
ignored
my
call
and
messages,
then
called
the
reception
to
reschedule.
He
didn't
have
the
decency
to
talk
to
me,
I
didn't
even
get
an
apology.
I
rescheduled
for
the
next
day,
when
I
already
had
to
leave
the
city.
The
appointment
was
delayed
by
about
30
minutes,
then
I
entered
the
office
with
emotions,
not
knowing
what
attitude
the
lady
doctor
was
going
to
have.
But
you
acted
as
if
nothing
had
happened.
The
operation
was
very
painful,
I
almost
fainted
-
at
which
point
the
doctor
came
out
into
the
corridor
and
started
shouting
"My
patient
has
spread",
although
my
mother
was
waiting
there,
worried.
The
ending
was
the
icing
on
the
cake,
when
I
found
out
that
the
post-operative
consultation
(very
important)
had
been
cancelled.
The
doctor
told
me
that
I
could
stay
in
touch
via
WhatsApp,
at
which
point
I
lost
all
hope
of
trying
to
get
along
with
you.
I
then
found
out
at
the
reception
that
the
operation
had
become
more
expensive
in
the
meantime
by
about
300
lei,
without
notice.
I
insisted
on
paying
the
initial
price,
at
which
point
the
doctor
lost
her
composure,
started
yelling
at
the
reception,
saying
that
she
is
paying
the
difference,
that
she
is
ungrateful
that
she
consulted
me
via
WhatsApp
without
asking
for
compensation.
I
went
to
another
ENT
doctor
for
the
postoperative
consultation.
He
told
me
that
the
operation
was
useless
for
the
problem
I
actually
have,
and
that
I
would
need
another
operation,
for
which
the
doctor
probably
did
not
have
the
necessary
resources.
Therefore,
Dr.
Sabaru
preferred
to
perform
a
totally
unnecessary
but
very
painful
operation
for
a
source
of
additional
income.
After
a
month,
I
was
still
bleeding
and
my
nose
was
blocked.
My
smell
did
not
return
at
all
and
after
7
months,
my
condition
worsened
considerably
-
there
were
days
when
I
could
not
keep
my
eyes
open
because
of
the
inflammation
and
nasal
discharge.
Find
another
doctor.
UPDATE:
I
managed
to
solve
my
problem,
which,
in
reality,
was
a
chronic
renunciation,
not
a
"pulverized
mucous
membrane",
(the
diagnosis
established
by
Dr.
Sabaru).
I
underwent
sinus
surgery
at
Dr.
Ursachescu,
whom
I
wholeheartedly
recommend
(Angisan,
Buzau
-
I
left
a
review
there
as
well).
The
two
doctors
cannot
be
compared
on
any
level
-
professionally,
morally,
qualitatively,
etc.
I
regret
the
time,
money
and
well-being
lost
at
the
Panduri
clinic,
but
I
am
glad
that
I
finally
regained
my
sense
of
smell
and
confidence
that
there
are
doctors
who
are
not
exclusively
financially
motivated
and
who
love
their
work
and
their
patients.
(Original)
Horror.
Evitati
cu
orice
pret
aceasta
clinica
si
in
special
Dr
Iulia
Sabaru
(ORL).
Lipsa
totala
de
profesionalism.
Locuiesc
in
Anglia
dar
am
avut
mai
multa
incredere
in
medicina
din
Romania.
Am
fost
la
consultatie
in
septembrie
pentru
a
depista
cauza
unei
anosmii,
Dr
Sabaru
mi-a
recomandat
operatia
de
turbinoreductie
si
m-a
asigurat
ca
va
ramane
in
contact
cu
mine
prin
WhatsApp
pentru
a
incerca
un
tratament
si
a
stabili
o
eventuala
programare.
In
decembrie
am
facut
programarea
cu
dumneaei
pentru
februarie.
As
fi
avut
un
zbor
pentru
o
zi
de
miercuri,
dar
Dr
Sabaru
m-a
atentionat
ca
este
la
clinica
marti,
nu
miercuri.
Spun
asta
pentru
ca
ulterior
si-a
schimbat
programul
pentru
miercuri
fara
sa
ma
instiinteze.
Comunicarea
a
fost
foarte
dificila
si
deseori
ramaneam
fara
raspuns,
trebuind
sa
insist
cu
mesaje
-
cu
toate
acestea,
am
apreciat
faptul
ca
am
putut
ramane
in
contact
desi
nu
mai
eram
in
tara.
Am
insistat
de
multe
ori
pentru
a
confirma
programarea,
am
vrut
sa
ma
asigur
ca
nu
zbor
degeaba
in
Romania
intr-o
perioada
foarte
incarcata
dpdv
academic
si
profesional,
plus
costurile
zborului
si
ale
cazarii
(nu
sunt
din
Bucuresti).
Cand
am
ajuns
la
clinica
pentru
programare,
doamnele
de
la
receptie
s-au
uitat
unele
la
altele
si
mi-au
spus
ca
doamna
doctor
isi
schimbase
programul,
iar
pe
deasupra
programarea
mea
era
inexistenta
in
sistemul
lor.
Am
incercat
sa
o
contactez
pe
doamna
doctor
dar
mi-a
ignorat
apelul
si
mesajele,
apoi
a
sunat
la
receptie
sa
reprogrameze.
Nu
a
avut
decenta
sa
discute
cu
mine,
nu
am
primit
nici
macar
o
scuza.
Am
reprogramat
pentru
a
doua
zi,
cand
eu
deja
trebuia
sa
parasesc
orasul.
Programarea
a
fost
intarziata
cu
vreo
30min,
apoi
am
intrat
in
cabinet
cu
emotii,
nestiind
ce
atitudine
urma
sa
aiba
doamna
doctor.
Dar
dumneaei
s-a
comportat
de
parca
nu
s-ar
fi
intamplat
nimic.
Operatia
a
fost
foarte
dureroasa,
aproape
am
lesinat
-
moment
in
care
doamna
doctor
a
iesit
pe
coridor
si
a
inceput
sa
strige
"Mi
s-a
imprastiat
pacientul",
desi
mama
astepta
acolo,
ingrijorata.
Finalul
a
fost
cireasa
de
pe
tort,
cand
am
aflat
ca
si
consultatia
postoperaorie
(foarte
importanta)
fusese
anulata.
Doamna
doctor
mi-a
spus
ca
pot
ramane
in
contact
prin
WhatsApp,
moment
in
care
mi-am
pierdut
orice
speranta
de
a
mai
incerca
sa
ma
inteleg
cu
dumneaei.
Am
aflat
apoi
la
receptie
ca
operatia
se
scumpise
intre
timp
cu
vreo
300
lei,
fara
instiintare.
Am
insistat
sa
platesc
pretul
initial,
moment
in
care
doamna
doctor
si-a
pierdut
cumpatul,
a
inceput
sa
tipe
prin
receptie,
sa
spuna
ca
plateste
dumneaei
diferenta,
ca
sunt
nerecunoscatoare
ca
m-a
consultat
prin
WhatsApp
fara
sa-mi
ceara
compensatie.
Am
fost
la
alt
medic
ORL
pentru
consultatia
postoperatorie.
Mi-a
spus
ca
operatia
a
fost
inutila
pentru
problema
pe
care
o
am
de
fapt,
si
ca
voi
necesita
o
alta
operatie,
pentru
care
doamna
doctor
probabil
nu
avusese
resursele
necesare.
Asadar,
doamna
doctor
Sabaru
a
preferat
sa
efectueze
o
operatie
total
inutila
dar
foarte
dureroasa
pentru
o
sursa
de
venit
suplimentar.
Dupa
o
luna,
inca
sangeram
si
aveam
nasul
infundat.
Mirosul
nu
mi-a
revenit
deloc
iar
dupa
7
luni,
starea
mi
s-a
inrautatit
considerabil
-
aveam
zile
in
care
nu-mi
puteam
tine
ochii
deschisi
din
cauza
inflamatiei
si
scurgerilor
nazale.
Cautati
alt
medic.
UPDATE:
Am
reusit
sa-mi
rezolv
problema,
care,
in
realitate,
a
fost
o
rinusinuzita
cronica,
nu
o
"mucoasa
facuta
praf",
(diagnosticul
stabilit
de
Dr
Sabaru).
Am
sustinut
o
operatie
de
sinuzita
la
Dr
Ursachescu,
pe
care
vi-l
recomand
din
toata
inima
(Angisan,
Buzau
-
am
lasat
si
acolo
un
review).
Nu
se
pot
compara
cei
doi
medici
pe
niciun
plan
-
profesional,
moral,
calitativ
etc.
Regret
timpul,
banii
si
starea
de
bine
pierdute
la
clinica
Panduri,
dar
ma
bucur
ca
mi-am
recapatat,
in
sfarsit,
mirosul
si
increderea
ca
exista
si
medici
care
nu
sunt
motivati
exclusiv
financiar
si
care
isi
iubesc
munca
si
pacientii.
