Nu recomand absolut deloc,furaciune pe față,am sunat la telefon am specificat că vreau detartraj pe o singura arcada(100 lei) am trimis mail pt programare unde și acolo am specificat același lucru,ajung la recepție aceași poveste, specific ce doresc,in cabinet medicului am specificat că doresc detartraj ,iar după ce se termina toată operațiunea ajung la recepție să plătesc, 300 lei pt un pachet detartraj+ periaj iar eu nu am cerut așa ceva,doamna de la recepție încercând să găsească scuze,că ei nu notează când fac programare și că trebuie sa specific în cabinet medicului și spun" chiar așa am făcut,n am pomenit de nici un periaj,eu voiam un detartraj care costa 100 de lei și ATÂT,se făcea că nu știe că nu are ce să facă că nu e vina ei,dar de luat banii știe să i ia,va ia banii cu japca,așa ceva nu este posibil,și după ce scoate bonul încearcă să de-a explicații,la o adică dacă ar fii,nu mai poate sa returneze nici un ban că a bătut pe casa,jepcari,așa ceva nu se face ,nu este posibil,doar la noi in Romania mai vezi furaciune așa pe față 😡😡

Lipsa totala de profesionalism din partea doamnei doctor Balasescu Gabriela. Am fost la dansa pentru a imi trata o masea si am ajuns cu ea mai rau decat era . Cand mi.a bagat tratament i.am spus ca simt cum imi curge tratamentul , ca am maseaua gaurita , iar dansa sustinea sus si tare ca este imposibil asa ceva, iar in ultima sedinta cand sa imi puna plomba definitiva surpriza mi s.a rupt un perete de masea pentru ca era gaurita .. iar ca raspuns la aceasta problema .. " iti pun degeaba plomba ca oricum nu o sa tina , iti trebuie coroana " pai bine doamna dar cand v.am spus in prima sedinta nici nu m.ati bagat in seama . Nu asculta ceea ce are de zis pacientul , vrea sa termine treaba si atat . In timp ce lucreaza in gura sta de vorba cu asistentele, se uita la ele nu are absolut nici o problema ca persoana de pe scaun ridica mana de durere . Plus ca in acea clinica sunt trei doctori si 3 scaune intr un singur salon ..nu exista intimitate. Nu recomand aceasta clinica sub nici o forma . Bani aruncati aiurea.

Am fost pentru prima data la această clinica in urma cu 4 luni împreună cu fetita mea in varsta de 4 ani. Doctorul Iulian Baluta a fost amabil, drăguț, copilul nici nu a simțit ca i s-a curățat caria si i s-a pus plomba. Plomba inca rezista in ciuda dulciurilor pe care domnișoara le mănâncă... Cu siguranță, daca va fi nevoie, vom reveni la dansul. Asistenta dl doctor a fost la fel de draguta si amabila! Recepția ne-a preluat repede, recomand!

I recommend Dr. Cotoi for children! He treated our child every time with great patience and empathy (not to mention that he welcomed us among the patients without rushing, at the risk of being late with others' appointments). He always had a professional attitude!

Recomand cu drag pe domnul doctor Codrut Barbuceanu. Lucreaza cu mult profesionalism. Cu siguranta voi reveni la dumnealui cu cei apropiati mie, cand vor avea probleme dentare.

In March, I went to Mr. Dr. Barbuceanu Adrian, for a pain in the table, I had an x-ray (waste of money), so that at the moment I have the same pain at the same table in the same place (because the doctor considered that I had to he cleans the table superficially and put the filling in jest over the cavity) I had to go to another dentist urgently. Not to mention that I also went with the child last December for a pain in the milk table, he took out the nerve without to tell us and put the seal on the 2 masses... Disappointingly, I had to walk for several months to repair what the doctor "worked". I do not recommend the clinic in Brâncoveanu!

I recommend the Qmed clinic! The staff here are very dedicated in what they do; especially Dr. Lorena Plesanu, dentist! I would love to come back for the services offered and the prices that are affordable!

Mi-am recăpătat zâmbetul! Căutam de ceva timp, o Clinica Stomatologica unde sa găsesc medici stomatologi profesionalisti, de încredere, că-si faca profesia cu simt de răspundere și unde prețurile să satisfacă calitatea serviciilor oferite ! Am găsit într-adevăr Clinica Stomatologica care-mi satisface toate exigentele mele. Este Clinica Stomatologica QMED, sector 4, Brancoveanu. Aici am întâlnit de fapt 2 medici excepționali : dl.dr. Codruț Barbuceanu , imi tratează dantura și Dna Dr. Dragomir Georgiana, imi tratează paradontoza . Calitățile excepționale ale acestor doi medici: profesionalism,foarte multă răbdare, empatie, comunicare asertivă, respect față de pacienți și nu în ultimul rând, o muncă de foarte buna calitate! Sa nu neglijam tratamentul stomatologic pentru că o bună sănătate interna depinde foarte mult de tratarea danturii! Calificativ: EXCEPTIONAL!

In aceasta clinică mă simt " de a casei"de cate ori vin! Recomand cu încredere, acești oameni știu să și facă treaba bine și să te facă să te întorci cu drag de cate ori ai nevoie.

Recomand cu drag Clinica Qmed intrucat, atat medicii, cat si asistentele si, in genere, personalul, sunt foarte amabili si atenți cu pacienții. Mediul este unul plăcut, se lucrează cu mare grija, încât stresul de a merge la dentist devine inexistent. 🤗🤗🤗

Dezamăgitor...lucrare făcută (bani luați), carii,,rezolvate,,(bani luați) minciuni pentru profit,extracție nerv(bani luați,tot probleme sunt..).... Incredibil... DEZAMĂGITOR.. Pentru o carie nici nu mai știu câte sute de lei luate..nerv scos (așa a spus) drenaj, plombă,cade plomba,alta plombă (alți bani (că azi să-mi spună: Știți, măseaua asta plombată este cariata etc, dintele de lângă se mișcă....Sincer ??m-am lucuit cu lucrarea lor,carii,plombe...in ghilimele..Nu mai recomand la nimeni....Trei doctori,nu unul ... aceeași problemă la Qmed,nu mai spun discuțiile dintre ei în timp ce se lucrează la un client...

O experiență plăcută, personal prietenos și deschis să ajute pacientul. Voi reveni cu drag!

Nu va recomand sa va faceți tratament de canal aici mai ales la microscop... ca și în cazul meu.. Tratament făcut prin luna lu septembrie 2022 și în ziua de azi am dureri având în vedere ca să finalizat lucrarea cu coronita. Dezamăgire totala dacă se pune problema sa se facă extracție cine mi a făcut tratamentul în bătaie de joc o sa plătească

The review is for the girls at the reception. I went there before the new year, wanting to make an appointment, I was afraid that some pain would start with a slightly decayed tooth. The girls at the reception said that there was no one available for that day, laughing like that, that Mrs. X and Mr. Y still have to work, no one really puts them at the work ? One of them found me an appointment for the 2nd day, but she started laughing silly saying to the other "look who I have put :))) The other: pfff 😂 "and they both laughed like crazy". To be honest, they gave me the impression that they scheduled me with the maid. I don't think it's normal for customers to witness disrespectful jokes about colleagues, especially at the reception, the place where people make a first impression on her the clinic. I didn't go to the appointment, I found another clinic right then. I can't say that I did the right thing for not announcing, but in the end they took me for granted, laughing that they scheduled me at X, talking as if he were the worst doctor, to/ put him/her to work too, as no one is scheduled with him/her anyway.

Hello! Today I went with the little boy (4 and a half years old) for a temporary tooth extraction at Qmed Popesti Leordeni on Drumul Fermei. Both the doctor and the lady at the reception were very nice and understanding, I have nothing to complain about! Unfortunately, the extraction was not done because the little boy did not want to sit at all, he cried very badly, and the doctor did not even manage to touch him with a finger. What I did not understand was the fact that at the end I paid 100 ron for a service that was not done! I repeat, the lady at the reception is not to blame, the company's policy should be changed, as long as one cannot benefit from a service one should not pay for it! It was neither my fault nor the doctor's fault that the little boy was afraid and didn't really want to open his mouth in any way! Thus, the tooth was not removed either, but we still paid. When child consultations are accepted, the company should also expect such cases and not impute to the parent the payment of the service not performed... basically, only the "entry to the clinic" is paid Or at least to announce from the beginning that no matter if the procedure succeeds or not it must be paid! Am numai cuvinte de lauda despre acești oameni. Începând de la Recepție și terminând cu medicul meu, Dr.Tîrnoveanu Irina, totul este super profesionist. Medicul are mâna ușoară, nu se grăbește și lucrează foarte atent și calm. Te tine la curent cu operațiile, tratamentul si planul de lucru pentru o lucrare finala desăvârșita. Sincer, am depășit frica de dentist, iar pana acum sunt foarte mulțumit. Un alt avantaj ar fi posibilitatea plății in rate. Recomand cu drag oamenii de aici, in special pe Dna doctor Tîrnoveanu Irina!

O experienta minunata! Recomand cu drag! Am avut în cursul zilei de astăzi o intervenție la dna doctor Gabriela Balasescu. Totul a decurs exceptional, dna doctor foarte deschisa, răbdătoare. Voi reveni cu drag pentru a-mi trata si ceilalți dinti, chiar dacă nu locuiesc în zona ( eram doar în vizita la socrii ). De asemenea, dna de la recepție si dna asistenta au fost tare amabile.
