This is the second company I've tried out of 3. Had one week of mass box(3k kcal), but I didn't like the breakfast at all. Here are the differences: FreshFitnessFood: + big portions + cheapest in terms of price per kcal ( 3k kcal is 30 lei cheaper than LifeBox ) - too much sugar. 3/5 of breakfast meals were too sweet and I had to throw them away. Even though I love sweets, it felt like pure sugar ( pancakes, waffles and cacao porriage ). The other two companies usually have something healthy like eggs or salad for breakfast, so I would suggest the chef to switch to something more healthy. Lunch and diner were good. And I liked extra fruits. LifeBox: + big portions. I order 3k sport box and eat it for 2 days :) - most expensive + best food quality and variety + delivery on weekend ( 7 days menu ) FitFresh: + good quality + they use cardboard packages instead of plastic - small portion ( 1800kcal) + cheapest + quitest delivery ( I just wake up and pick it from the door ). Other companies wake me up at 6:30 :(

So cheap and so tasty! And healthy! I am very happy choosing Fresh Fitness Food. Well done guys!

Perfect delivery system, good food and nice calories calculator

The food is delicious and healthy, the prices are ok and the staff is great. You can request changes in the menu (for example if you don’t like one specific ingredient) and you can postpone the delivery when you are out of town. Bottom line, they provide a great service. I can’t recommend it enough!

I don’t understand the negative review below. This company has gone above and beyond to meet my nutritional requirements and expectations. The meals are fully customizable. So if you don’t like a sugary breakfast with carbs you can ask for protein, eggs, and veggies. By the way none of there food has sugar in it! They use stevia! Delivery has been amazing, food at my door every morning. Price is spot on! Quality is great! I am in perfect shape and my business is thriving. Fresh Fitness Food is a big part of my success physically, mentally, and financially. Thank you Alin and the great team🫶🙏 I know you all work very hard.

I’m a member with them since January and I don’t regret it at all, very professional and kind people and the food is balanced, healthy and delicious. Their services allow for more athletic result, less time consumption and money saving.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They start with a general menu and then it gets more and more specialised as the weeks go on and you give your recommendations to them. Food is delicious and healthy. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional service. Stuff is friendly and polite. You can always talk with them, adjusting the macros (I don't have the time to go shopping and prepare my meals). The food is tasty and delicious. I'm eagerly awaiting each day to see what the breakfast is. Thank you FreshFitnessFood for your professionalism. Hats off to you for the service you provide. Excellent service! The food is great! The menus can be tweaked to everyone's needs and wants, dynamically with the delivery schedule (can be paused or resumed) The support team are prompt with the answers and they reply very fast. Totally recommend it!

I started also 5 days menu , lose 2 kg in one week ,food it is delicious, they keep in touch with me , also they change for me what I asked, I really recommend.
