❤️❤️ great classes, cozy space and lovely community

Very chill, cozy and welcoming yoga studio that already seems to have formed a nice community around it. Classes for all levels available. I appreciated that being a beginner I didn't feel awkward or judged for not doing all the poses correctly. Silviu is a down to earth and empathetic teacher who helps you with poses without making you feel bad and who adapts his classes according to the participants' needs. I also appreciated that the classes seemed to be focused more on the physical side of yoga and less on the spiritual nonsense. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get into yoga or who is already way ahead in their journey.

Well, I have been to a few yoga places, but this is the nicest yoga place in town <3 with a lovely community and Silviu is one of the best yoga teacher- besides this, he is empathic and funny.

The coolest yoga studio you want to get to! With beautiful people and professional instructors! I have been working with instructor Sile for almost 5 years and I recommend with all confidence that you try at least one class, regardless of level!

I appreciate a lot this studio and the yoga teacher community. Each of them have a different style of viniyasa in order to approach each level of yoga experience that we have ( meditation, easy flows or very hard flows). I encourage you to try yoga and if you would like to join this studio, the people will be very welcoming and help you feel part of our yoga family. At the begining when I had no clue about what it means yoga, I was not left aside and I got support to learn the flows and be patient during my learning journey.

Not your usual potentially boring yoga class 🤡 Sile, the instructor, is a great teacher who combines knowledge with sense of humour and makes everyone (regardless of fitness or yoga mastery level🧘🏽‍♀️) feel welcome.

I have done yoga on three continents, countless studios I have walked into. Head teacher Silviu has to be one of the worst teacher I have encountered. First, lacking fundamentals, being the head teacher, can’t even do warrior II in proper form. Forget handstand, that’s just for show. Second, teaching too many classes, boring, basic, unimaginative, it’s vinyasa, not easy Ashtanga. Third, bad attitude, more of a thug than a yoga teacher, not a suitable personality. Fourth, lacking talent, height challenged, the least talented teacher in the community. Even some student teachers surpasses him in skill. I’d like to recommend this man to stop teaching yoga. Don’t waste people’s money and time.

I don't think I can put into words exactly how cool the experience is at Vaca Pisica... I can say that coming here is a moment of respite in a super chaotic world, always on the run. Thank you Sila, all the teachers and the whole community. You are very cool!
