I have been her client since the second half of 2022 and have been getting compliments on how my hair looks ever since! She is a true professional! I highly recommend this salon, you will not be disappointed! Flori has a lot of patience and gladly answered all the questions I had, even if they were perhaps stupid. She listened to every wish I had and was always open, helping me make certain decisions in terms of haircuts, styling. I never felt rushed and I never left unsatisfied, you don't get services you didn't ask for, as is practiced everywhere else. I come back with love every time!

I went to Elena for nails, an extremely kind, nice lady and a professional when it comes to manicures ❤️. After many visits to other salons, my manicure finally lasts long and well, it does not crack or peel off the nail polish at all. I recommend it with all my heart :)

Manichiura și pedichiura foarte bine și atent realizate. Cuticulele nu au sângerat și nici nu a apărut senzația de durere sau usturime în timpul manichiurii/pedichiurii sau după. După 3 săptămâni oja semipermanentă aplicată este intactă, deși fac zilnic treburi casnice. De curând am fost si la tuns și sunt foarte mulțumită. Doamna care m-a tuns a ținut cont de tipul firului de păr și l-a tuns corespunzător.

Doamna care m-a tuns a fost foarte drăguță și atentă cu mine. Spre deosebire de alte saloane, unde parcă se grăbesc să scape mai repede de client, ea a avut răbdare să îi zic exact ce îmi doresc și m-a tuns foarte frumos. Când voi mai trece prin București și voi avea nevoie de o tunsoare cu siguranță voi merge tot aici.

Dupa o programare la un tuns pe care am anulat-o telefonic pentru ca nu am mai putut ajunge, mi-au blocat numarul de telefon! M-am tuns de 2 ori la acest salon inainte si nu am mai anulat programari "in mode repetat" asa cum vad ca au mentionat in raspuns.
