    One of the nice places to visit in Tulcea. A statue and many stairs with a partially nice view. Partially, because you can see a lot of the city but also a lot of garbage (which is actually a shame for such a nice view. Also be careful which road you take to this place. We followed Google maps and ended up on a very unpleasant route.
