I usually come to this clinic with my little son for various types of consultations and analysis. I must say that this clinic was a find! Doctors willing to help and the service at the reception is one of the best. In Romania it is rare to find good customer service. Usually the receptionists are always in a bad mood and don't even greet you. Many times they ignore you and pretend that they don't even see you coming through the door. Here, at Medikali, the receptionists always welcome you with a smile and all the employed staff is willing to help. Please never change. The clinic is also located in a good area and is very clean. The prices are also very affordable. Keep up the good work!

I went there with an infection and the doctor was searching online for pills. She said I have a cold and prescribed me a lot of paracetamol. I went to ER next day with too much paracetamol in my blood and found out I have a bad case of tonsillitis. Worst experience!

Don't go there, the children doctor is not good at all.. omg it was waist of money... he don't know anything and how serious my child needed medical help... I don't play with my childs health so I went to this private hospital. And he should not be a doctor... and the laboratory test is way to expensive... they only want money but don't give u the right help! Government hospitals is the only place u can get help in romania real good doctors not like this idiot!

Good service and profecional doctors. What is more important for me, they help people who do not speak romanian.

At the Medikali clinic, I found very good doctors who are involved in helping patients. The recovery doctor Mihaela Nistor gave me very useful advice. Doing Kineto therapy, I was helped by the therapist Alex Popa to recover.
