Total lack of professionalism at the barbershop area. They almost never adhere to appointments. One of the girls is always on the phone and isn't paying attention. Takes more than 30 min for a regular haircut to get done. Last time she put 5 gallons of water on my head, did not properly dry my head, I got a cold as a result of it and still she was the one who was upset because I had the nerve to say something. On multiple occasions I had an appointment at 9 am and the barber would show up at 9:30... Rahova location with rahova attitude. Shamefull !!

Fast programming. Telephone communication okay. However.. utensil not disinfected after every use.. If you like mixing your head bacteria with other people. Staff with a bit nauseous and a little kind attitude. Unrepeatable experience... I give two extra stars because I was accepted with my dog.
