The guardian of the state funds is Dr. CANETA Rotarian, whom I wish to retire as soon as possible, in order to save the patients she despises from a communist experience. The world has changed around you, madam, step into the future and respect your patients, without whom you would not exist.

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as "zero" appreciation. I am totally disappointed with the services of certain specialists in this polyclinic. I went to the gynecologist where I was treated with all the arrogance, carelessness and impertinence possible because I couldn't move faster because of my fractured hip. I went to internal medicine for an abdominal ultrasound, which requires you to drink 1 kg of water an hour before. I took a taxi to get there on time because I live far from the polyclinic, but after half an hour of waiting, when I opened the office door and asked how much longer it would take because I couldn't bear to wait with a full bladder in the hall in which it was, he replies dryly, without even a wave of apology, "I'm busy" - the same arrogant and insensitive attitude. I lost money and time only to gain inadmissible frustrations and arrogance. These doctors (?) must remember that they are talking to sick people and that they are rich precisely because of them. I will never step foot in this polyclinic again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

This is the second time I go to the ENT consultation. Dr. Latcan is very well prepared, attentive to details, the consultation is done in the true sense of the word!

The place is very clean and civilized. They are also very well organized, true professionals and, once again, I really appreciate the cleanliness of the space where you work. God help there to be as many places as possible in Romania.

It is an event when, beyond professional competence, you meet a doctor who has not forgotten the oath taken upon graduation and continues to be a doctor with a lot of empathy and who listens to you carefully. It is known that the doctor-patient relationship is well served and also produces an ability of a faster improvement in many ailments. Ms. Dr. Elena Latcan is one of those rare avis who understood that beyond the knowledge in the field, Medicine is a purpose. Thank you for your attention, I highly recommend. I don't recommend orl, they keep you at the door to gossip inside. I wonder what happens to those who come without payment. I left after 45 minutes, I got the stories about funerals and relatives and grandchildren and everything I heard through the door. Knocking game! I had an appointment... the offices are hard to find, the building itself is hard to find, it's an abandoned place, devoid of life and pretensions. I think there isn't even a toilet for patients. Horrible!!!
