Very poor diagnosis services, the entire time I felt like it was a waste of my time. After I got out of the building I really felt really bad for sharing all my struggles just to get a very general and superficial response. I think you can find better clinics than this

Decent therapy, but poor diagnosis services. A misdiagnosis of my ADHD resulted in months of confusion, after which I got checked with proper mental health services in the Netherlands, and the process went by instantly; there was no hesitation in the doctor's confirmation of my symptoms being consistent with ADHD, and I had medication and advice in a week.

Very nice and responsive doctor . Prescribed the precisedmedication which shown results within days of applying and kept a productive relationship with me , being available on call anytime. I recommend the doctor

The visit to the Bellanima clinic was a very pleasant experience, starting from the appointment process, to the warm atmosphere of the location and the promptness of the staff at the reception. But what exceeded all expectations was the consultation of Dr. Giorgiana Toma, who in almost an hour and a half managed, through her professionalism, patience and empathy, to make me regain both my smile upon leaving and the confidence that I received a correct diagnosis and treatment after years in which various other doctors treated my problem superficially.

Super welcoming and helpful. Help in adjusting the appointment in case of emergency. From reception to doctors score 10!!!

The staff has always been kind and prompt, and the doctors are well trained and professional, offering a personalized approach and special attention to my needs. I confidently recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high quality services with a caveat: yes addiction :)

An extremely, but extremely unpleasant experience! Total lack of professionalism and involvement on the part of the doctor. Unfortunately, the simplest way to solve a situation was chosen... A SIMPLE... you can't, it apparently "solved" everything! Regrettable experience, unfortunately!
