Great hotel, cool rooms, good service. But the guy knocking at my door 8am to ask when I leave? Fire him. I will fight him on sight next time. Are you out of your minds? Let me sleep.

Dear all, Radisson Park Inn hotel Bucharest is a reason to why i will never visit Radisson hotels again. Note the staff at the restaurant and reception are nice. If you want to book a massage they need to come to your room and there is no spa. If you want to visit fitness centre, you must go through a maze of Blue Green Yellow buildings and lines , which is insanely complicated and takes at least 10 minutes. There is no mini bar available, Note i booked a King Suite, the walls are incredibly thin, there is construction happening everywhere in the hotel. Dust everywhere, loud noises. I would rate my experience a 1/5. The reason to why its not 0/5 is because of the staff. We have previously visited Radisson, LCA, Radisson EVN and have had no issues. Edit: they even answered to me thinking I am someone else… who is Mrs. Presto …..

I’ve been traveling a lot, but never been this disappointed in a hotel brand/chain. I am quite angry for picking Park Inn by Radisson in Bucharest. The apartment was incredibly dirty, our feet turned black quickly, the walls were black and stained, just like the curtains. The coffee table was broken, the “wooden” slats were not in place and it created a dangerous zone for our baby. The chairs were dirty and broken. The underground parking was horrible as well, the first spot was right in front of the heating system, which I am probably sure was not supposed to be a spot since nobody could get there in case of an emergency. We asked for another spot because we couldn’t open the trunk due to the hight of the parking... the second spot was a joke as well, it was not a spot, it was a space next to a pole in a curve... I am glad but surprised nobody hit our car. I do not plan on going back there ever again.

Just a really smooth welcoming paired with efficiency and kindness. Tried 3 different hotels in Bucharest in 4 days and this one seems to be by far the best value for money. Ticks all the boxes, plus great staff especially at the entrance. Thank you again

I stayed on a business trip here for 2 weeks and I got an apartement which is amazing in size and location as the place is central. Receptionist and cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. The place is a bit run down but it would be still ok for the price. However the pool area is just outragous. The Park Inn and the Radisson has a shared courtyard. As a Park Inn guest you are supposed to use a tub-sized pool for free which is kind of crucial in 40 degrees for everyone I guess. The rest of the pool is indoors and actually belongs to a neighbouring gym so people come here to do sport and not spend leisure time like I wanted to do as a tourist. The outdoor pool is accessible for 50 lei for Park Inn Guest though. The bar staff is mainly students and really undertrained managers, they don't greet guests, they are not polite, they don't show willingness to help or sort out things but they just shrug and send you to another collegaue... There is no "pool rules" so the whole day was awful today! The guests were mainly coming from the middle East, literally EVERYONE was a smoker. The deck counts as an outdoor area and the staff said it was allowed to smoke so I was sitting in a grey cloud all day because the other 100 people was smoking and even if it's outside this amount of cig is unbearable. I think it would be a good idea to designate a smoking and non-smoking area even though it was outdoors. Tables were not really cleaned up by the staff after the drinks and tons of sunflower seeds so by the afternoon the whole deck was a mess. People moved around sunbeds and sunbrellas without questioning others or the staff, the place was upside down which made the access to the pool quite uncomfortable as you had to climb through groups playing backgammon or just chatting in a circle. The pool temperature is perfect and they have lovely Ibiza style beach side music. Which is utterly exploited by above mentioned groups of smoking man and women groups. Each group brought their bluetooth speaker and played different music loudly in every corner of the pool area from traditional Arabic music to contemporary one. Nobody asked them to stop and listen to the local speakers or at least agree on ONE music and play only that and not 12 different ones at the same time from 12 angles. It was just unbearable today and i would have been very angry if it's my own booking and not the company paid for it but me. I wanted to hide in my apartement and use the balcony but there is no furniture in it. I think this is a quite bad hotel, I would not recommend apart from the winter.

In one way it's impossible to review (there are so many aspects to it!). Check-in / reception was great. Quick and easy and for an upgrade which was lovely. The bar is ok. I didn't eat but the food (at Sharkia) looked great. The staff were very good. Beer a little on the expensive side.. then again: it's a hotel bar. Breakfast in the Sharkia glasshouse was lovely! Great choice of hot and cold food and all the things you would want. The staff very friendly. Though it can get crowded (it's a relatively small place!). Gym access (ok, so not access at the moment, but outside and back in) is free (bring the slippers from your room!), Sauna and pool. All good - no issues. Room: excellent little self-catering apartment with most bits you'd need (glasses, plates, utensils), fridge, microwave, hob. Love the light effects in the bedroom! Location is great on Luterana but also really easy to go through the corridor to the adjoining bigger (and posher) sister hotel the Radisson Blu on Victoria Street.

Well maintained and nice adjoining properties, together with Radisson blu. Rooms are cosy and nice, especially the suites I stayed in had good sun access almost all day. Nice friendly staff in the front desk reception and restaurants. They are what their slogan says (in the pic). The room service has a scope for a little improvement. Room was not properly cleaned, used mugs were not washed and bathroom not cleaned during the 5 days I stayed there, except once when I requested.

From the check in to check out everything was amazing. Receptionist Hassan and Maria made our experience even better guiding us with tips and places to see around the city. They were very warm from the beginning and patient, answering us to all our questions. Rooms are nice and quiet and the breakfast is very diverse with a lot of healthy options.

Hotel park inn by radisson, no rooms available, when arriving. Although Booked in advance and even contacted for arranging a taxi 6 hours before arriving. Not any info or support upfront. Very bad experience Radisson. And than at once a room was available after one hour waiting??? Was the pressure needed from BCD travel for this???

Very noisy (hotel party in the evening just outside my inner court window), paid parking spot constantly occupied by other cars, nobody offers to help family with small kids trying to deal with stairs or doors. (not handicap friendly)

Could be 5 stars if it had parking spots. Unfortunately they were all taken even though clearly empty.

Car park was very expensive. Breakfast was reasonable , The serving staff were good, Receptionists need to be more knowledgeable to help out touristic spots.

Great place to stay in the heart of Bucharest. Neat and clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent value compared to all those trashy B&B apartments around. If breakfast was included in the price it would have been perfect.

We had booked a 2 bedrooms flat at this hotel. All the pictures showed a renovated, clean and modern flat. When we arrived there, the young lady at the Reception charged our card and gave us the keys to a flat that was in a very bad condition: dirty walls and floor, not renovated rooms, spider webs in the corners. Therefore, that very evening we went back to the Reception to ask why the big difference between the pictures on the internet and the real flat. The young lady told us (only then) that they were overbooked and that they could give us an appropriate flat the upcoming morning. They also offered a 30% discount for that first night. I then asked her why she had not mentioned all this upon our arrival, when she actually charged us as expected. She just replied that this was the hotel policy. The next morning, we went again to the Reception and the new person in charge informed us that we could move in another flat in a couple of hours. As the current flat was part of an old building, the electricity stopped working within those few hours of the morning, therefore he had to give us another flag faster than planned (we were working remotely). We then moved to a modern and clean flat and the rest of the week everything went well. I did want to write this review because I believe it was not professional from their side to act like that on the first day: they showed no respect towards their customers, even though this is supposed to be a 4-stars hotel.

Good service and hotel. Friendly stuff provides full assistance in all your questions and requests. Clean apartments with convenient small kitchen which create home atmosphere & close some common requirements.

My husband and I like the apartment-style room, which is spacious and feels cozy at the same time. The glass sunroom for breakfast is lovely. The staff of housekeeping are very friendly. Above all, Hassan at the reception was a great help to us and made our stay much smoother and more pleasant. We changed our travel plans to come back here very soon again.

Cozy and beautiful rooms but in my room the bathroom was very small. Breakfast costs 15€ but not good for its price.

Spent almost two months here while filming in Buftea, gotta say such a lovely team, nice quiet atmosphere (well because of covid of course) beautiful church right next door and if you cross the road Victory Burger is literally looking at you, my favourite place to go for a bite. Staff are so welcoming with positive energy.. Cleaners were very kind, breakfast was a good chance to chat with the staff and also learn a few words in the Romanian language. Rooms were spacious and clean with TV in living room and also in my sleeping area. Would definitely come back. Insha'Allah! Mulțumesc team! Kia Ora, Malo lava!

not very good. the hotel it's pretty dirty, the hallway walls, elevators and doors have old signs of use, and floor was dirty. this hotel needs a refresh on that part. the restaurant is cool, the food was good. the rooms are big and clean enough. overll, an okay experience but I was expecting a little more on the cleaning part. considering the price we paid, it was a good deal.

My lovely place since 2015, cheap affordable friendly staff (Diana), they have access to Radisson Blu you gotta try duck breast. The only thing that I don't like if you want to access the pool of red simple you have to pay 50 Euro.

This hotel is a little tricky a standard and superior rooms are way way way below par and in need of some serious TLC But their studios 1-bedroom and two bedrooms are Great. Don't stay here if you're getting a regular room because they don't look inviting. The one bedrooms are super nice and so we're the suites. I love the hot tub at the site they also have an outdoor pool which was too cold to use but it was nice to know that it was there if it was summer. I would stay here again but only in the rooms that were above the sweet category otherwise yuck. Staff is professional location is ideal and I was very pleased with the price that I paid which was approximately 74 US dollars a night.

The family rooms are huge! Super comfortable for 5 and even 6. Shower is good. Location is good. The reception lady is rude and not pleasant. Parking is WITHOUT elevator - it just doesn't make sense. The entire hotel is Not accessible for stroller or wheelchair which is a shame.

We booked this hotel as a group of 4 friends after we arrived in Bucharest in a terrible Airbnb ( cigarette odor, cockroaches, dirty sheets) etc .. after cancelling the bnb we booked park inn and after half an hour our rooms were ready and they where squeaky clean we also got a room update😀 We left with the best impressions of this hotel

big rooms, near the city center, however - small problem with green area entrance door should be solved before quests come in :)

Staff were very helpful and professional. Anything we asked for they were more than happy to help. Location is good and amenities are top notch. Rooms are large but dated and could use a refresh.

The rooms are not spotless or in the best shape, but acceptable. The breakfast is also ok, but not special. If you have not the highest expectations, you will have a great stay.

  • 2/5 Guillaume C. 1 year ago on Google
Rooms quite old, full kitchen but totally empty, quite weird for a hotel room. Shower leaking + no holder for the head shower + locker out of usage. Surprising for this price.

  • 1/5 Jordan M. 1 year ago on Google
Poor service, rude passive aggressive receptionist with short hair and glasses who over charged my card when checking in. Also note, the outdoor pool that they advertise on their property on booking.com isn’t actually theirs, it belongs to the hotel next door and you have to pay 50lei per day to use it. The pool that is included in your stay isn’t theirs either, it’s an indoor pool which is part of the gym around the corner which was really hard to find. After asking the same receptionist as above where it was and getting lost in the hotel 3 times, she finally got off her butt to show us where it was. Other front desk staff are very dismissive and show stress, unprofessional. When checking out I questioned the overcharge and asked to be reimbursed for them to then say i have to go to the hotel next door to get it sorted out, which I did not have time for so have no alternative to try to get the money back via email. Very poor quality pillows that your head sunk in, right down to the mattress Only positive thing was the room size. Book somewhere else, theres better hotels that are cheaper.

I stayed in the hotel for a business trip and it wasn't a good sign to wait 35mins to get checked in after travelling all day long. 1 person in the reception is surely not able to service on a timely manner. Room/ apartment was good size but would have expected at least complimentary water as there is no mini bar. It all needs a bit of an upgrade, shower head was hanging against the wall and to be able to use it, I had to hold it in the hand. Tiny shampoo, conditioner and body wash was only provided once and wasn't enough even for 1 night. Additionally there was a shouting and screaming man next door who kept slamming doors, smoking (non-smoking room), the stink came all through to my room and despite informing the reception 2 times nothing was done. I got 2 hours sleep that night and it impacted my performance the next day. Second night when I finally got back from work, exhausted, there was no water. I was told it comes in 10 mins and I waited and waited way past over midnight but it was not sorted, so again 5h sleep, another ruined night. There was no apologies, no discount, nothing to say that they care. The queues in the reception were again enormous, served by 1 person. Possibly my worst experience ever that impacts my overall work trip experience in Bucharest. Very dissapointed and frustrated.

Great hotel! Right in the center of this wonderful city. Rooms are clean and the surroundings and services are perfect. Very nice pool area! Tried 3 of the restaurants and the bar which was really really good. The great English speaking staff are friendly, professional and with good communication. Will definitely recommend! :)

The location is perfecr- just in the centre of the city, near beautiful park. We've got an upgrade for the room and stayed in one bedroom apartment. It is spacious there's a small kitchen and a towel dryer in the bathroom witch is really appreciated for me. The room feels comfy. And we had a fast check in. Recommended ❤️

We stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson in Bucharest a few days ago for a long weekend for my boyfriends birthday. The hotel could not have been more welcoming they noticed it was his birthday and upgraded our room and included breakfast for us which was a very lovely and unexpected touch. This also proved very helpful as we had early tours on the majority of days we were there and used the breakfast to take away some food to eat on the bus. We were provided with a room that had a kitchen and a balcony which also was useful as due to the weather we ended up back late on the two days we were out and could use the kitchen for food. The room was lovely. The hotel well located to walk around the sights and near to our pick up points. A lovely experience would stay here again and I would recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Bucharest.
