I was very pleased. The guesthouse is approximately 10 minutes' walk from Piata Romana. The room was clean and warm. The bathroom had everything needed (towels, soap, toilet paper). The area is quiet, ideal for rest and relaxation. I will definitely come back.

Beautiful villa, simple and very clean rooms, friendly stuff (always available, always ready to help). Close to the center, museums, parks (perfect located if you want to visit the center).

I stayed 12 nights. On summer staying in this property it's really hot because on booking they mention that there is air conditioner but is really low working and imagine that how is on winter time. Furthermore I got the full bin which is not normal okay. So be careful when you're looking for accommodation and if it's matching with the price. From my experience I don't recommend it

Room was nice and clean. Parking was free on the street in front of it. Got gate/door codes via text message and keys were left on door so we could go straight to our room whenever we arrived. When it was time to check out they sent someone to collect the money. Smoothest check in - check out I have experienced.

One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in our trip to Romania. About 3-5 minutes walk to the center. Close to metro stations. Some delicious food restaurants next to them (Ciao Niki and Beka's Kitchen). Perfect price/quality rates.

I've booked this property for my parents through booking, a week in advance. On the day it they arrived to check-in there was no one answering the door, so my parents proceeded to call the owner on the phone provided in the booking but there was no answer. After multiple attempts they contacted me and I contacted booking to see if there was any way to solve this, as they were already waiting at the gate for more then 30 min. Booking were nice enough and after they failed to get in touch with the owner they've sent him an email and asked me to wait for another 30 min to see if he responds. In the end after a lot of time wasted I had to book another property. I cannot comprehend how . when you know you have guests arriving, can you be so disrespectful and not be at the property/answer your phone. Do keep that in mind if you plan to visit this property.
