Quiet, clean, parking space. We stayed at Smile Apartments and came back when they had availability. We were equally delighted every time. I recommend with love.

Good acomodation in Bucharest litle bit outside the city but the apartment was ok you have private parking there as well.

This management company is utterly atrocious. Incompetent, unprofessional, not responsive. The complex in Fabricii street nr 47 is a nice complex but I wound NOT recommend anyone moving here because the place is so poorly managed. To give concrete examples, the administration costs are ridiculous and very convoluted, cost justifications / explanations are non-existent, mistakes are made and you have to fight for them to correct them and even when they do, they don't make sense and they refuse to provide details. NOT recommended!
