A big dick!!! I am the owner of an apartment in this block before the work is completed. I concluded a reservation contract for 96,000 ap, 10,000 parking spaces and after paying 2,000 euros (the price of the reservation) in the pre-contract they increased the parking space price by another 8,000 euros. The block looks pitiful in the basement because it is unfinished, large water infiltrations appeared in the basement, pipes that have already given way in some apartments (and were flooded) and of course OPINIONS TAKEN ON THE ROPE. The gas installation is not completely completed, but they obtained approval (I intend to file a criminal complaint against them and those from whom they obtained the approvals). A criminally convicted developer (google it) and that's pretty much it. We live in Romania and we must be aware of this. I wish you from the metropolitan to answer to the law, because if this happens, you should remain in prison for the whole life of the thieves :). I keep mentioning that less than a year after completion, the plaster of the building is already falling in some parts and one of the elevators is creaking terribly. When I told the developer about the problem with the elevators, he said that the owners used it because they carried the furniture with it :))) in the conditions that when the building was under construction, the workers of the building used one of the 2 elevators to carry materials and objects very heavy far beyond its capacity.

As a tenant/owner in this complex of apartments, I am disappointed by the way things were left after the sale of the apartments. Problems regarding access ways, infiltrations in the basement and the arrangement of common spaces. The services imposed by the sales-purchase contract, such as poor quality internet and cable and the promised security, do not exist. Communication is very poor. (owners must ask the company required by the contract to receive the invoices, and you cannot have a civilized discussion with the developer to reach a consensus). Irregularities regarding gas and electricity connections. I do not recommend!

Infrastructure problems, problems with infiltration at - 1, problems with finishes, problems with humidity in the house, problems with non-completion and non-compliance with terms. I do not recommend, a huge spell with unjustified prices, they steam you with luxury finishes and they were not able to make us a real entrance to the complex, it looks like after the war. They force you to sign TV+net contracts with them and the quality of services is deplorable, including the fact that they had problems that an entire block was left without internet/tv and soon gas because they did not respect the law at all...

I have lived in this building since it was put into use, that is, for more than a year. It still does not have a decent access road, there are balconies with windows that have not been installed until now, the ventilated facade has started to fall, infiltrations in the basement and many other problems. My advice to anyone who wants to buy an apartment at Metropolitan is to come see this building and talk to a person who lives in it. The real information is very close, don't hesitate to look for it before making a decision.

The vast majority of negative comments refer to the block (construction) from Mihai Bravu 1 ... and more than that, many "parallels", without connection with reality. Go and visit Mihai Bravu 2. One of the most beautiful constructions of housing in Bucharest, the rest is rubbish.

One star is too much for how this residential complex was presented to us and in what condition it was handed over to us. There are all kinds of problems. Some quite old, others continue to appear.

The apartments are very spacious and the price is similar or lower than that of other new apartments in the area. What is different from other assemblies is the fully ventilated facade, especially in the context where not many follow the recommendations not to use polystyrene in buildings higher than 4-5 floors. I'm sorry that I didn't find another floor below, I'm waiting for the launch of the new phase.

The building far exceeds the existing "constructions" on the real estate market at this moment. I appreciate the large surfaces and the fact that the apartments are well divided. In addition, they did not go with the wheel and prices were promoted without VAT, but directly, the final price.

They started selling the apartments and now they no longer want to finish the work. We have been living in this location for a year and the parking lots are not finished, the access ways are like on a construction site, they built the access to the parking lot next to the light poles, the elevators have no communication with the outside. But unfortunately there are also much more serious problems that can put the lives of the tenants in danger: they have not installed gas sensors to interrupt the mains in case of problems, we do not have functional hydrants and storms. The delays of the works were for more than a year. You sign a preliminary contract with certain conditions, but if the developer changes his mind and does not want to offer you what was promised, you are threatened that the amounts paid will be returned to you, but nothing else: e.g. The installation of glass walls for the shower cabin, the amounts settled for parquet and doors, etc. We were sold an apartment in a luxury complex and now we live in conditions that leave a lot to be desired.

A big dick! And the developers actually laugh at us. Now we are in danger of running out of gas because of them. After we woke up with voltage drops due to the fireworks made by the developers at the transformation point. But you better read the reviews and be interested in the criminal cases that the developers have!
