I have been doing individual therapy for 2 years and a bit and for almost 8 months I have also been participating in group therapy at Maze. Together with my psychotherapist Raluca, I managed to become aware of many things and understand myself better. I am very glad that I made this decision because I have changed for the better. Group therapy (led by Mihaela and Raluca) is a different experience, but with just as many benefits on an individual level. You feel accepted, understood and supported by people who are going through similar situations or who feel the same things that you feel. The moment you realize that you are not alone, and that others are going through the same questions that you ask yourself, it becomes easier to find answers.
