Am citit recenziile despre acest spital ( multe foarte bune) si am solicitat o programare la urologie. 1. Programarea a fost facuta peste 2 luni si gresita. 2. In ambulatoriu unde am asteptat 4 ore sa intram la medicul urolog am vazut tot ce era de vazut ca sa nu am incredere in acest spital( aglomeratie pe un culoar plin de dulapuri,pacienti, medici, apartinatori, personal medical cu probe de urina in mana, la gramada ,pe un culoar de jumatate de metru latime. Nu exista nici un circuit , nici un interes pentru siguranta pacientilor, nimic. Medicii vin din spital , consulta la viteza si pleaca in sectie ; lumea ramane acolo si asteapta !! Cat? Nu se stie!!! Intr un final ajungi la medic … te intreaba ce cauti acolo???ii spui, prezinti documente medicale si stupoare… desi pe site ul spitalului spun ca fac operatii dificile,ca au medici cu pregatire inalta in domeniu, ca totul este la superlativ… d l doctor spune clar ca nu face operatii cu grad mare de dificultate, ca nu au garda, ca nu au personal… ca pacientul este grav si nu stie cine poate sa l opereze… vorbea fara empatie, fara profesionalism… As vrea sa comunic acestui medic si acestui spital ca sunt si spitale si medici care fac aceste operatii si salveaza oameni… la Carol Davila in schimb cu siguranta nu vom mai apela niciodata.

Am solicitat o programare in februarie, am primit una pentru aprilie. La spital mizeria era mai crunta decat intr-un wc public neintretinut, intr-o gara. Nu era absolut nimeni la receptie sau a camera de garda, vanzoleala oamenilor era complet negestionata. Oricine putea sa intre in spital si sa faca orice. Cateva salariate ale spitalului erau ascunse prin colturi, vorbind pe telefoanele mobile. Nici una nu a catadicsit sa imi raspunda la intrebari.
