    I went to refuse a transaction, the lady on the right in the corner was very rude and arrogant, as if she wasn't providing services to me, but I was to her. More than that, the way he speaks is unacceptable, telling me "listen..", and this in addition to the fact that he spoke for 30 minutes, initially wanting us to cancel my transaction, while the manager needed 2 sentences to explain all. I don't understand why such cadres are still employed, although looking at the reviews, I am far from the only person who encountered the same problem.

    The behavior of the employees leaves a lot to be desired, they don't say hello, they answer questions as if they don't care about the customer in front of them, I'm sure I won't have any account at UniCredit Bank in the near or distant future. Avoid this bank as much as you can!
