Unfortunately
the
customer
service
guys
are
totally
useless.

recent
years,
every
time
they
put
me
in
the
fog
and
gave
me
only
ambiguous
answers:

I
went
to
discuss
a
subscription
and
purchase
of
a
Galaxy
S10.
I
was
explaining
to
them
that
I
don't
want
TV
and
internet,
the
boy
was
trying
to
shove
them
down
my
throat.
I
asked
him
about
the
price,
he
drew
for
me
on
a
piece
of
paper,
it
went
from
10
eur
to
15
eur
to
25
eur,
even
though
I
explained
to
him
that
I
didn't
want
anything
more
than
the
previous
subscription
and
the
telephone
rate.
2.
This
year
I
decided
to
get
my
phone
separately
from
them.
I
went
to
ask
him
how
to
switch
to
5G
-
yes,
sir,
you
use
the
same
SIM,
if
you
want
a
5G
subscription,
you
pay
6
more
euros
-
obviously
he
didn't
tell
me
anything
that
there
is
a
subscription
with
1
euro
more
than
the
one
on

had
and

have
5G,
but
with

internet
limit.

I
was
away
in
Israel
this
year
as
well.
I
went
to
them
before
leaving
to
activate
specific
roaming.
They
told
me
that
they
can't
do
it
in
the
branch,
but
only
on
the
website
(??????),
and
they
didn't
specify
anything
about
the
fact
that
Palestine,
even
if
it
is
theoretically
not
a
recognized
state,
has
other
services
AND
AI
NEED
ANOTHER
ROAMING
PT
EI
-
different
package.
I
obviously
came
back
after
the
holiday
with
an
additional
cost
of
50
euros,
as
apparently
this
is
the
logical
limit
of
additional
costs.
I
accepted
my
mistake
and
I
wanted
to
change
the
additional
cost
limit
to
10eur,
so
that
I
don't
have
any
more
unpleasant
events
-
It
can't
be
done
from
us...
it
has
to
be
done
by
the
central
office....
On
the
site

I
consider
that
compared
to
7
years
ago,
when
I
met
a
really
professional
gentleman
when
I
made
a
subscription,
now
there
are
only
a
handful
of
non-professionals,
who
only
know
how
to
collect
bills
and
screw
you
for
something
extra
on
the
subscription,
which
confuses
you
more
than
it
helps
you.
