Dar cea mai urata surpriza avea sa vina la recoltare....Asistenta care a prelevata probele de sange a fost de o incompetenta totala...lipsita de rabdare, desi copilul era foarte cuminte...I-am exlicat ca este un copil cu probleme la vasele de sange si solutia a fost....bag acul si caut vena...dupa un timp si un adult simte durerea ( o spun din experienta proprie pentru ca am aceeasi problema si stiu tipul de asistenta care da ochii peste cap si te injuta in gand ca nu ai venele la tine)...copilul a inceput sa ii spuna ca o doare si ea nimic...cauta nestingherita in continuare zicand ca "ASA TREBUIE SA FAC, NU VAD SUB PIELE".....si abea cand eu am INSISTAT a scos acul si a "cautat un pic mai atent" ... uitand in continuare ca are ca pacient un copil...Pana la urma a reusi sa ii ia de la incheietura mainii, de langa os.... timp in care copilul urla de durere. La acelas copil am facut si alta data analize...dar doamnele care au mai recoltat au dat dovada de empatie si professionalism, nu am plecat niciodata cu copilul plangand..

    Aveam oroare sa imi fac analizele de sânge,cu greu imi găseau vena si plecam mereu cu mâna invinetita.In sfarsit am intalnit-o la centrul de recoltare din blvd Basarabia pe doamna asistenta GEANINA care cu PROFESIONALISM mi-a găsit vena din prima si nu am simtit nimic.Doamna asistenta Geanina aveti o mână magică si pe deasupra multa amabilitate!
