    I wouldn’t recommend at all , poor costumer service very rude and unprofessional after one week I contacted them to see what happens with my package because they don’t give u no infection if u don’t call I have deleted my account and I will never ever order for this pet shop 👎🏻👎🏻 .extremely rude and incompetent ppl don’t deserve even one star.

    The whole floor is empty(except for a fish aquarium). This is their office not a store. The pictures here are all lies. Went there to get needs they had in stock on the site, and guess what, they didn't have it. Told me to come back next week to pick it up. Either manage your site properly and don't lie to customers or get off the market.

    I have to change my grade. I ordered two packs of Monge monoprotein with Duck. And got a notification that i'd be delivered with just one, because they are out of stock. Still I got two packs. And it was something wrong with that second one. The food had a different color and my cat refused eating it and was vomitting until I noticed there was something wrong with the food. I will have to change the shop because I cannot trust what Petmart sells
