Citind review-urile observ ca la majoritatea celor negative nu se răspunde deci clar nu ii interesează sa isi schimbe atitudinea. Nu recomand acest magazin nici daca nu gasiti produsele decat la ei. Pierdere de timp si nervi... Nu meritau sa mai pierd timp nici macar cu acest review dar oamenii merita sa fie informați ca in acest magazin lucrează personal care nu este absolut deloc interesat de clienți. Recomandarea mea sincera este... Daca aveti nevoie de produse si respect, îndreptați-va catre alt magazin pentru ca acesta nu oferă nimic

Me and my friends love the products for the exotic pets! I don't really mind the up to a week delivery but i would recommend an update to the product presentation photos and to remove the products that will never be restocked. :)
