(Original) Cea mai mare si prima grija in aceasta clinica de recuperare, legat de recuperare, este incasarea BANILOR. Nu intereseaza daca pacientul va reusi sa duca pana la capat toate sedintele. Caci nu se returneaza banii sub niciun motiv...poti sa crapi, tb intai sa platesti la Hipocrat recuperars, banii in avans. Cu siguranta, nu este dorinta expresa a angajatiilor de la receptie, cu siguranta asta li se cere sa faca, sa insiste cu plata pa hetelor in avans. Am platit 400 ron avans din 540+540=1080ron si mi se spune ca 400 de ron nu acopera nici o zi de terapie. Cum o veni asta?!! Vor banii toti din prima zi! Pe bune!!! Sa mai spunem ca dupa ce am platit 400 avans, imi fac programere peste 1luna!!! Ce pot sa mai zic!?? Iar despre parcare, ca scria cineva mai jos, ea exista, pazita de un portar lipsit de respect si empatie, care se face ca nu vede si nu aude si care pazeste parcarea sa nu intre careva si cred cq pazeste si ghivecele cu flori puse strategic sa ocupe/ blocheze parcarea! De ce se fac atatea programari ptr procedurile de recuperare, dimineata? Saptamana trecuta am avut la or a12 - 12.30 si totul a mers f bine. Conform programarii, fara timp de asteptare. Azi am avut de 10.30. La 10.30 am intrat la kineto. De la 10.55 la 11.20 am asteptat pe hol....sa intram la fizio.... Care este sensul programarii la 10.30?????

    Nu se respecta programarile și angajati foarte aroganti ,mai ales doamna de la etajul 1 cu par roșcat și invarsta! Jigneste pacientii Zicand ca 'facem ca la Obor' dar dânsa nu arata putin de empatie sau rusine ca ne tine atat de mult .Mama mea a avut programare la ora 3 pt Ortopedie și s a făcut ora 4! Se comporta cu pacientii de parca e la arest! Foarte neplacut.

Am avut o experienta mai puțin plăcută cu fetele de fizioterapie, dumnealor lucrând o săptămână tura de dimineața și următoarea tura după amiază, erau foarte nepoliticoase, fără sa respecte programările și pacienții, timpul de așteptare prea mare pana sa poți intra să faci procedurile. Mi-as dori tare mult ca aceste lucruri sa se poată remedia în condițiile în care aceste servicii sunt plătite de noi pacienții.

    E valabil pt toate sediile lor: Dezamagitor, procedurile de fizioterapie se fac la jumatate din timpul necesar/prescris de medic, pentru ca "nu au personal". Deci, platesti la jumate (decontare CAS), primesti la jumate. Nu recomand, mai bine va dati banii in alta parte, decat sa faci proceduri care sa nu aiba efect.

    Eu am fost la Hipocrat Fantanica, la medicina interna, la dna doctor Neacsu Otilia, f drăguță , amabila si chiar si a dat tot interesul ( mi a dat trimiteri pt multe investigatii , inclusiv ct ). S au respectat programările cât am stat eu acolo și într adevăr era o dna roșcată la etajul 1, dar a fost amabila cu toată lumea. Recomand !!!
