Please update your game stocks, I've received the confirmation email that the game i.e Mafia definitive edition ps4 it is indeed in stock and the costumer representative told me that is not, train and teach your employees to pay more attention to costumers requests. He showed/told me that the game is -1 in stock, but I received the email that the game is in this location should have paid it online but pick it up myself see where would the situation evolve😂and why create this confusion???? Personally I think he was frustrated that I wanted the game and for him was too late and tiring to look physically for the game, so please train employees to be more costumer orientated and a bit happier rather than low esteemed and negative. Good advice and a varied range of products

Large electronics store with a great variety of products. Walking in the showroom might bring you a treat as they have random discounts on products. Otherwise, the staff is friendly yet some parts of the store needs more organizing.

One of the biggest showroom of this kind in Bucharest, here you will find almost everything, from a simple cable to the last console or computer generation (which is a valid affirmation for the pre-covid era 😁). A good place to see big appliances before buying, too, they have a lot of them. Unfortunately, during the covid-19 period, the place got far less popular than usual, as most of the shopping Malls in our city. 5 of 4 stars because the employees are not quite top.

Big collection of products, great prices and friendly staff. Bought my first PlayStation console from here, lowest price in all Bucharest and i got it delivered the next day. Had a problem with a package delivered badly with problems, the staff helped me fill the return forum and updated me about the statue of my refund.

They sell products under the name of tax free. When you go to get the tax money back, they say there is no money in their safe. They sell products with promises and then lie and yell at you. Sales reps are a complete failure

Very cozy place!

I wanted to buy a coffee maker this aftenoon. It was a real challenge as the staff is a disaster. None of them speaks English. Assistant always repeated: I do not know. Women at the cashier desk - rude and incompetent. Still a lot to learn. I cannot believe that this store is located in the capital city of quite a big country in Europe in 2023. It is like travelling in time to the very wrong period...

Lots of electronics, generally good stuff and not so good, but nobody obliges you to buy. You can choose. One of the biggest retail shops in Bucharest, nice presentation and friendly selling.
