A Discrimination branch. The RUDEST, the most Impolite RACIST, Xenophobic, Communist branch in Romania. ALL the poor-trained Staff were looking away, and trying to ignore me unwilling to communicate with me. Surprisingly such LOW Quality of Customer Service despite in the Center of the CAPITAL of a nation. On the other hand, at "BRD" just across the Bulevardul Brătianu, ALL the Staff is very kind, polite, helpful, smiling welcoming me, although I can speak even quite poor Romanian. What the contrast!

Put the damn deposit ATM outside.... We are not all able to wait 30 minutes for you to open.... Put it outside!!

A pretty big bank agency. I like that the ATM is inside, not outside in the street. Seems safer this way.

The staff here usually has a "mood", making you feel like you are bothering them.

Got ripped off here using my Maestro/Cirrus ATM card to withdraw from an overseas account. It charged me around 7% over spot rate for 1000 RON. I won't be using Raiffeisen Bank again.

Poor service, grumpy staff and a lot of wasted time for simple operations. This bank is really stuck in the past!

Are you an Expat? Do NOT take Raiffeisen! You will have payment issues all the time. Payment portals are in romanian language only and don't work 80% of the time. Worst of all is that the staff in most branches (Especially Unirii) does not speak english properly and is unmotivated to help you!! They even managed to incorrectly spell my name on my account and card even though jt is written clearly and correctly on the contract, and they dont want to change it after, so I now have an account that does not have my name on it. I am changing banks very soon.. what a joke, this organization.

The legal entity section is usually understaffed and there is some waiting involved. I, however, was in luck :)
