Communication (over phone or Facebook was always quick, friendly and professional), shipment (very fast! and products well packaged) and customer care (checking with you if delivery seemed to be late) were all great! Selection of products is large and should cover all modelers needs.

Best hobby store

Made multiple orders online, but never visited the physical store. They were very helpful on Facebook chat, prices were good and the delivery was always well wrapped in order to protect the items inside.

Great service, very reaponsive, they handle custom commands as well. One of the best in getting warhammer 40k miniatures.

The shop was super helpful! From easily merging orders to quickly answering questions, I was happy to see the shop holds the same standards I remembered from when I first visited, three years ago. The store has a generous variety of miniatures and tools for the hobby (be it, painting, bonding, including magnets, sculpting etc.) and level of service is so great, they even give you a mini-gift with your purchase. I am happy with shop's the prices, delivery time and care for packaging. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop!

I'm factual amazing after visit and several purchases in this shop. Found a lot of new and rare models, even I bought some plastic scale 1:35 models being couldn't sourced in Germany/Berlin. I plan to get a store regularly notwithstanding for models,accessories or sorts of paints. The leader of shop is able to talk on english,know the hobby detals,experienced. Excellent Shop for professional modellers!
