Bad cooking utilities, no pan, BAD HYGIENE, smell of cigarettes, no light in the toilets, bad beds, air conditioner don't work good at all so it is very hot in the room, bad location. Today, I saw a cocoroch in the apartmant. Very very bad choice to book this

The hotel room rate is a great advantage of having breakfast and unlimited internet service included. Also the price is also extremely affordable. It is also nice that the general usage areas of the hotel are designed very colorful and comfortable

RIN Grand Hotel has 4 stars and is located facing the State Park - Vacaresti Natural Park. The location is south-east of and just outside the center of Bucharest. The rooms are very nice, spacious and renovated. Every room has a TV with several channels (Romanian) among wich sports channels. The bathroom and room were very clean. In the upper floors are conference rooms. The hotel is accessible by wheelchair (whole hotel) except the Star-restaurant. I enclosed a 360-photo of the bathrooms (normal - people with disability). Staff is very friendly. Food is good and choice between warm and cold dishes (minus point : less variety over the week). In the basement is a beautiful swimming pool, a well equipped fittness room, sauna, hamam, wellness and several shops (souvenir, hairdresser, paper, ...)

Avoid Rin if you can. Absolutely disgusted by the service of the waiter at La Boema restaurant of the hotel on friday evening. Not only shouting to a customer but not even apologising? Truly shameful for an “international” hotel. I appreciated though the professionalism of the young lady at the reception Simona. Perhaps the hotel needs more people like her.

I've stayed here for 5 nights with almost 30 foreigners. I am Romanian and I have been working in tourism for almost 20 years and stayed in many, many hotels. My general overview is that the hotel offers great accomodation services. Rooms and bathrooms are clean (and I am pretentious about that), nothing is broken, everything looking as new and all the others who were there with me confirmed the same when I asked. Breakfast was rich, very good and full of choices. I strongly recommend it!

The worst hotel experience in my 44 years of life. I nearly had to start World War 3 just to obtain a bottle of water at 10pm!!!! If you want good customer service & basic needs to be fullfilled after 8pm...DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! THEY HIDE BEHIND A DESK and offer clients zero support let alone a simple bottle of water which I was told I would have to wait until morning to order!!!!!!! Luckily a staff member named Robert saw and realized my frustration and took it upon himself to buy a water from his pocket and brought it to my room. I tipped him $20 USD for this. He needs to be in the manager's position and the current manager should be fired for not being able to nor desiring to solve such a basic client issue..LONG STORY SHORT....DO NOT STAY HERE!

Nice hotel! The rooms are bigger then other similar hoyels and real clean and comfty! There was no minibar in the room. The restaurant is nice as well. Staff at the reception was real polite and helpful. There is parking which is real nice. I will come here again for sure because prices are very ok and the rooms are very nice!

The employers are great, good services. My only suggestion is to organize in the future an civilised place outside for smokink with chairs and table.

I love it! The place is clean, the pool is very big and the gym is excellent. I gladly recommend it!

Awfull restaurant, they make us wait 1h for the food and was overcooked. The gym is not included for the guest and cost 15€. The schedule is not correct in the website, they close one hore early!

Very good hotel. The rooms were cleaned every day and were nice and big. The beds were good and the shower was clean. Good wifi connection across the whole building and two LAN-ports in my room which was very convenient. The other faculties were very nice. Nice swimming pool a sauna and a gym. Staff could speak English very well. Would definitely recommend staying here. Only downside was the food. There were too little vegetarian options and also almost no fish.

No air conditioning. The front desk pub was closed. The market was closed too. No water for an event that started at 9 am and will finish at 4 pm The bins were not emptied. The furtunire was not dusted, neither were the carpets cleaned

After long walking touristic day we can for couple of drink , but the person responsible answer that we need to wait .20 min waiting no one service us. After going they even didn’t try to explain . The worse service for costumers

Nice and clean room. The breakfast and the restaurant has very nice foods and drinks. I use the swimming pool and everything is fine!

So far me and my girlfriend are loving it, big hotel with plenty of services, comfortable room with superb bed, breakfast is great too, and the desk staff is friendly and eager to help. A bit far from the city center though.

Nice clean rooms, fully fitted gym and swimming pool. Will need to uber or taxi everywhere though due to being quite far from the city centre.

Good atmosphere, nice personnel. Food and cleaning services in good order. The actual parking is kinda twisted when it comes to find the hotel entry. There are some inconvenients though, like the smell in the bathroom from the sewer, or the rather short program to the laundry services. Also, pay attention when it comes to pay the deposit in cash at check-in.

I spent 7 nights here. Hotel is generally ok, but I could not use the WiFi at all. Therefore, if you want to work, it's not possible (maybe could depend on the location of the room). The food in the restaurant is good, but only 2-3 options available.

The smallest tv I ever so... and even so it was not working. the fridge was empty too. Also too far from the city centre.

The hotel was nice, the staff friendly, good location for walking in and out of town, breakfast food was good. But The rooms were way too hot, breakfast there was only one coffee machine that you had to wait ages for and the food keeped running out.

We checked in about 5am after a long flight. We got our room and when we entered it smelled like wet carpet so I asked to change rooms. When doing so the room smelled clean but needed updating. But I said it was OK for 2 nights. We bathed and laid in bed. I was on my phone and saw something crawling on my pillow! I turned the lights on and saw a bug. We moved the pillow and saw another. I called front desk and they sent up housekeeping and they just changed the sheets. I packed my stuff and went to front desk and ask can they change hotels as I didn't want to stay in a bug (bed bug) infested hotel. They said no and they would not give me not even a partial refund. I left and went to another hotel. I would rather lose my money then sleep with bugs!

Great pool. Tired room (junior sweet). NO room service. NO public bar. NO coffee shop.
