If you are a normal person you probably don't want to stay in this hotel. They cleaning is done once a week, and only if you ask them. You don't receive clean towels only if you ask for them. I have put my towel on the floor and the maid just hanged it back on. The food is the same, and leftovers from the events they are having. The services are really bad, all the employees don't have a sense of decency. All in all you should avoid this hotel if possible

Pro: Comfy bed. Good enough TV. Average food. Cons: Broken toilet seat(3 star hotel??), shower that didn't drain properly, waiting 15 minutes with water running to get hot water, no kettle to make your own tea, only 2 usable power sockets (good luck if you plan to recharge more than 2 devices in the same time), very far away from center of Bucharest, the hotel manager needs some people skills (quite disrespectful not only with me but also witnessed with others), cramming 4 people in a 2 person bedroom (not respecting consumer rights) by putting two single beds together and providing an inflate-able mattress, no garbage basket in the room but only a small one in the bathroom, the breakfast is one of the worst I ever had in a hotel.

Well under the expectations. We stayed one night here, but I wouldn’t go there again. Rooms can be cleaner, bathroom needs an update to 2020... they charged us 60€/night and that do not includes breakfast...(in a 3 stars hotel...they say) We had breakfast - a very modest one which cost us 4€, an they charged us extra for a coffee - 2€ !!!! Do not worth in my opinion

Hotel you should avoid. Towels and cleaning lady is not ready if you dont ask, also the food is the same more less every day and it is not tasty. If you want something (not only food) that is not served as it should be, they leave you wait until they have some free time. Toilet has a big scale, stain that looks awful and personel is not very good with English. Good thing is balcony.

Nice place great for the weekend , super clean, all the personal are very kind. Great beds and air conditioning. The breakfast is not good but that's the only thing.

Nice hotel, clean, with great facilities, the food in good to... But the place is awesome, it has 4-5 stars hotels rooms, restaurant and lobby at the price of 3. Great for weddings too

Really struggled to communicate with the staff ordered a drink took 20 mins to sort out putting it on my room tab. Hotel very clean and rooms are modern and stylish

Luxurious, elegant, precious. The staff over there was very nice and helpful. we ll be back soon :) xx

Great heating, great bed, sheets, bad pillow...great environment, sparkling clean, good food...good parking...a bit expensive !
