Living in the vicinity, I visit the shop's area frequently, and for some reason, once every 2 weeks I still try to give them a chance. But no luck, the staff just does not know anything about the flowers that they sell. Yes, I am a man and I do not know much about flowers, but I do try hard to learn as much about one before buying it, in order know how much it will grow/how much space will it need, and to be sure to take care of it optimally. The questions that seem to absolutely baffle/confuse the staff are: "How tall does it grow? / Will its pot need to be changed with a larger one and when? / Does it need a lot of water? / How frequently should it be watered?" - Basic questions, in my honest opinion, which always generate a confused stance. There is always that small brunette girl who tells me "Sorry, I do not know" / "If you could look it up online", and walks away, just leaving me there, between dozens of flowers that now I have to document upon because she is not competent at her job.
