A very nice parc, with old , tall trees. The parc houses the Arenele Romane venue, a Communist monument (arches) which is now the Unknown Soldier Tomb, a classic fountain and 2 impressive statues of giants. There is also a lake. A very fine place to walk around and stay away from the city crowd.

An old beautiful park, arranged on the steep hill of Filaret. Ideal for going with the kids (by foot or by bike) or jogging, especially on early mornings (it is getting crowded in weekends at noon).

Beautiful full of green, pretty big. Nice place to ride a bicycle. There are food stations as well as restaurant on the territory. Good to go with children.

In my opinion, the best park in Bucharest. Very calm with nice walkways. A very nice monument (Monument of the Unknown Hero) towers over the entire area. You can find small ice cream shops or terraces. Good place for children.

Beautiful park, both for walks and some fun and relaxation! The central alley leading to the monument is impressive, especially at night with all the light lit up. There are multiple mini-shops around the park where you can get an ice cream or some refreshments. There is also a bike-cart rental place where you can get some wheels to race around the park. Benches everywhere, sunny or in shade.

Very lovely park, one of the oldest in Bucharest. It is more like a garden and you can have long walks under the shade of the very old big trees. It is also a good place for running as it has a hill and some stairs, but if you want to just chill there are lots of places to do that next to the lake.

While definitely a park with good upkeep, some areas had an almost woods-like feel to them, which is nice in the middle of a busy city. Good for early morning runs.

I recommend this park! I love its atmosphere. It's even great to visit at night, on foggy weather.

Built in 1900, it has lush vegetation, panoramic views, and a quiet lake. It hosts the Technical Museum (first opened in 1909), the Cantacuzino Fountain (built 1870), a d busts of literary figures. In June, the fragrance from hundreds of lime trees marks for many indelible sensory memories. It is family friendly, with two playgrounds, plenty of stands with snacks and treats, and bicycle and scooter rentals. A green oasis amidst a bustling city.

Best decision to rent near to park Carol, is beautiful to walk and enjoy the nature.

My favorite park. But I never see anyone whom I can rent one of those bikes from. Is it closed or something? Because all the bikes and karts are still there.

A visit to Carol I Park turned into a delightful escapade that awakened my senses and offered a serene retreat from the bustling city life. This park is an oasis of tranquility, a place where nature's charm flourishes and invites visitors to unwind, connect, and rejuvenate.

The park is really nice and big, but it only has two playgrounds and those are small and poorly mantained. When I last visited one of the playgrounds was being demolished. You can also have something to eat while enjoing a day out in the nature, there you will find Dines restaurant and La Pod restaurant, both with good food. It's a good idea to visit this park if you have children; they can see ducks and turtles in the water.
