The place to be definitely. Simple, beautiful, clean and has super friendly staff. If we travel again to Bucharest we will definitely stay here. The family room was big, fair priced and our baby had enough space to roll over😊😊. The only thing I hope will be fixed soon is the parking, I hope after they finish the construction we saw there the parking issue might be fixed... Overall we liked the place, the atmosphere and the location . If i could I would give 6 stars😊😊😊😊. Totally recommend... UPDATE.. THEY IMPROVED IT MORE AND EVEN THE PARKING IS NOW OPEN. SUPER IMPRESSED

Despite arriving in the early hours of the morning the welcome from the reception staff was great and fortunately the check in process seamless and quick. My room was on the sixth floor overlooking the main road outside, which was quiet until the trams started in the morning. The room was an odd shape and was spacious, although the industrial decor and vibe might not be to everyone’s liking. The bed was large and comfortable with electric sockets and lighting controls on the bedside units, although the air-conditioning was a little slow to kick in and become effective. It was a shame that the mini bar fridge was empty but there was a coffee machine and bottle of filtered water. The bathroom was equally as spacious with plenty of storage space and a large walk in shower. It was a shame the doors caused it to leak over the floor but otherwise it was a good space with decent toiletries provided. My room was located opposite the house keeping cupboard, so it was a little noisy in the morning, but otherwise the whole space was fine for a short no-fuss stay. Breakfast was decent enough with a small buffet and good selection of pastries. In an evening the space converts into the restaurant which had a good atmosphere and the staff at the bar were friendly. There is a small terrace outside the front of the hotel which is great to unwind on at the end of the day, despite being on the very busy main road. Overall it was a fine place for a couple of nights and if I needed to be in that part of the city in the future I’d certainly consider staying again.

Modern, good, clean. The rooms are big, very good service. The food is very good, as is the breakfast. The price is very good. The only disadvantage is the distance from the center. The taxi costs about 20 to 25 euros. There is also a metro station 5 minutes away.

I stayed 1 night at this hotel, 26th of July 2023, and althought i had a problem with a sewege smell in the room, i was very pleased by the swift reaction of the hotel management who called me immediately after my feedback in order to ask for details and solve the issue. The rooms was spacious, modern and although on the edge of a busy street it was quiet with closed windows, the breakfast diverse and tasty. Good value for the money.

Lovely place! Industrial design, clean and good food with breakfast included. They have 2 triangle rooms. I got the change to stay in one of them for a couple of days and I really enjoied the experience!

I was here for 2 nights on a business trip. Pleasantly surprised 👌🏻. The room was very big, lots of natural light, clean, it had a desk with comfy chairs, great bed, pretty good soundproof. Only 2 drawbacks regarding the room were the slow internet and the fact that there was no ventilation in the bathroom. I had breakfast included, which had great variety and served dinner one night, which didn't have as much variety, but it was good. As location, I thought it was great for what I needed, because it's within walking distance from the places I needed to reach. It has free parking too, which is a rarity in Bucharest. Awesome all together. Would definitely return and recommend.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Bucharest Erbas, and while it’s located a bit far from downtown, the convenient connection via metro M2 line made it easy to explore the city. Situated in the heart of the business district, it’s ideal for those with meetings or business in the area, especially with many IT companies around. The hotel offers the typical standard of rooms you’d expect from the Ibis network, providing a comfortable and clean environment for a good night’s sleep. What stood out for me was the hotel’s restaurant, where I had the pleasure of meeting the talented barman, Stephan. He crafted some fantastic cocktails and provided excellent service, making my dining experience quite memorable. In summary, the Ibis Styles Bucharest Erbas is a convenient choice for business travelers, offering standard Ibis accommodations and a noteworthy dining experience thanks to Stephan’s expertise at the bar.

Good breakfast. The room was very small, and the ventilation system made an unbearable noise from time to time all night! Thank god it was only one night. The hotel was clearly not full. Why on earth would you give someone that horrible room? Will not use this hotel again.

This hotel is fantastic! The place is really clean, very modern looking, bright and interesting in its style. The staff are lovely people all really welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. They have neat and tidy shower rooms with hand soap and shower gel. The rooms have all you need, a long mirror, lots of lights, TV, USB sockets, easy controlled air con/heating, a desk, plenty of hanging space for clothes, fridge and a really comfy bed. The breakfast is really good too with a great choice including hot and cold food options and plenty of juice, coffee, and tea. In the local area there is a shop and pharmacy one minute around the corner and the promanada and big super market ten mins away walking. Really enjoyed staying here, will defo be back

Excellent location, less than 10 minutes from the airport, good sized room and comfortable beds. Easily accessible, especially from the mall and most importantly, excellent service from Stefan who was so professional and friendly, he is an asset to Ibis hotels. Keep up the good work.

Small, colorful, clean rooms. Nevertheless, the rooms facing the main street are quite noisy at night as one can here the cars driving by. Moreover, sometimes you could also hear a strange noise from inside the hotel.

We came with a group for just a few days during our stay in Bucharest and honestly it's one of the best hotels I've ever been at! The people working there are very nice, helpful and act so fast, their service is very good! Also that tall bald man, he's very fun to be around hahaha. I saw he entertained a few people of our group and helped us all a lot! The buffet was also really nice! Dinner had lots of tasty & good-quality foods and breakfast had a quite big variety to choose from as well! All proper and delicious! The room we stayed at was spacious, clean and neat! ✨ At first I thought that this hotel was 4* and I was quite surprised that it was actually 3*! It is super nice and everything was perfect! Also it's close to Promenada Mall and has a supermarket very near. The area is quiet and nice as well.

I’ll rate this hotel 3/5 for a couple of reasons but, first and foremost, because I like the ibis Styles City Center much better: Checkin at Erbas took a bit longer. Room was okay, but, I did notice a few things here and there I didn’t like. Visually and practically. I did like that the AC was working. I like the restaurant and food selection as well as amenities at the City Hotel better too, also, the rooms look and feel much nicer. The service at City is also exceptional and super nice, Erbas was lacking that a little.

Industrial style meant to appease a busy city and the people traveling through it. Comfortable bed and immaculately clean sheets. Cozy enough despite de aforementioned style. Breakfast a bit on the bland side, but the necessities are easily met. Will not disappoint you but won't make a lasting impression. Priced a bit on the high end which really gives this a 3.7*

I've stayed in many 4stars hotels in Bucharest but this one, by far, is the best. Personnel is really helpful, room is nice, it is a hitel that is cared like a true home, far from your home. It was actually my first stay here but for sure not the last.

Very high price for the service. No indoor shoes, dirty towels, card not working, 10eur/day paid parking, and other issues in the rooms

The air conditionig didn't work in my room. First day it made nosie whole night . They were not able to fix it. Next they it was 29.3 Celsius in my room... I couldn't sleep. At the same time it is an exoensive.hotel. During breakfast there are very few tabels nit easy to sit down around 8 00. I think it is not a proper business hotel. I hope we don't book rooms here again.

I really liked the hotel until the check-out experience. Clean, spacious room and one of the best AC/heating systems I had in a hotel. The breakfast was also very nice. Overall a good value for money. However at check out the receptionist accused for the room not being paid, which was actually paid when I reserved. I showed him the bank transaction on my mobile banking, as well as the Accor official website confirmation which clearly stated the room is fully paid and non-refundable. Even after showing him these he still took some long time to check on his system. This made me miss my Uber, having to pay cancellation fees and be extremely late for an appointment. Moreover, very disrespectful towards me to make me wait any longer after showing clear proofs of payment!

Booked the stay via Airbnb. Lovely hotel, 24x7 reception which makes it a safe location. Comfortable bed and lovely modern room (looked like a CyberPunk game floor, with yellow industrial accents, so a gamer's dream). Nice bar and breakfast place but sadly no coffee amenities in the room so limited to bar functioning hours and adjoining supermarkets. Location is nice, in a safe neighbourhood. Very good value for money.

I've stayed at Ibis several times, when I was travelling a lot for work (as a tour guide). It's one of my favorite hotels because of several things: 1) the staff, always friendly, always eager to help 2) great breakfast, 3) nice design in the rooms, very clean 4) if you come late at night, it's close to the airport (ca 10 minutes by car) 5) the area, yes it's not central but you have about 8 minutes walk to the metro and the Promenada mall. The area is very nice residential area of Bucharest. It's also good to know Bucharest is a city that's easy to get around in, with either metro or Uber,

Hotel is cool and has really great design standards. Room itself was clean. Had some troubles with the check in process and had to wait longer than expected because staff couldn't find our reservation on AirBnB. Sorted it out in the end and hotel manager called our room to apologise personally and to send some wine to make up for it. Overall experience is nice, staff is as helpful as they can be, just be careful to include full names and details on AirBnB reservations.

I stay here every time I am in Bucharest and I like coming back! Nice and very clean rooms (most of them are also very spatial), good location, great quality for price, perfect service! The restaurant staff is also very nice and food is tasty. I can only recommend!

Great experience at this Ibis Hotel. Really surprised by how clean and fine decorated the interior is. We stayed 4 people in a two room apartment and was very comfortable.

Quite nice hotel, except the noise of the air conditioner from the entrance, which cannot be stoped. I constantly woke up with the impression that some water tap is opened. Also, no bathroom flipflops. For 70 Euros per night, not ok.

The restaurant in this hotel has no business being in an Ibis... It should be in the Ritz!!! Seriously... INCREDIBLE food. The braised pork with sauerkraut and the mashed potatoes were particular standouts. Amazing chef, knowledgeable and charming wait staff... I ate here almost every night of my stay.

Stayed at this ibis for a week. It has spacious rooms, clean bathrooms and great wifi. The hotel has a great restaurant and wonderful staff. A special mention to Stephan at the restaurant who is exceptionally warm, kind and always with a smile! Would definitely stay here if I visit Bucharest again.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious food! I had the lamb shank which was wonderful. Stefen our waiter/barkeep was helpful, attentive, and entertaining.

I came across unwelcoming and unkind staff at this hotel during my time here for a business ocassion. First, I didn't know that breakfast was included only for the event guests that were also accomodated in the hotel and I took some dried fruits, seeds and a cup of tea before going to the conference room. An employee approached and rhetorically questioned me about my room number. Then there he stood right in front of me, saying that breakfast is only served for event guests whom are staying at the hotel. I felt humiliated since it seemed like I should put back the little that I had taken. I believe it is a fundamental humaine quality to be concerned about how you make people feel, and not having it when working in hospitality industry is unacceptable. What would have been the correct reaction of the hotel staff given the circumstances? Address directly the event organizer so that all participants can be informed of the breakfast policy. There was no need to subtly belittle a student. The second point of this review is the lack of diversity in the lunch&dinner buffets. I have dietary restrictions that the hotel staff was informed beforehand and also by me, because they were unprepared. I don't consume any animal products. The "buffet" meant each time we were offered to choose from three food trays, out of which two were meat-based. The only thing I could have was the plain side dish. Once more, I felt like I was seriously bothering the hotel staff, but now with my identity and beliefs. I have been through a terrible experience because the staff didn't care. I would like to now address event planners: If you care about the diversity and wellbeing of your participants, avoid holding your events here.

Second time visiting, this time I'll post a proper review as the hotel is absolutely amazing with a large enough room which is very modern,friendly staff and an excellent breakfast, only issue was the air-conditioning which didn't seem to cool the room enough. Otherwise the hotel is a must visit if you go to bucharest

They offer a good price. Problem with parking. They have privat parking, but if you have low car, you can park it only place without metal platform. Near the hotel allowed a stay car, but often there are not free place.
