Wonderful for a longer stay in Bucharest. Spent 6 nights here earlier this month. Very reasonable rates (book and prepay on the hotel website in advance) and included a very nice hot breakfast buffet each morning. The bed is wonderful- not too soft or hard. Nice shower with good water pressure. And the rooms are creatively decorated. I love the floor to ceiling curtains which ensure a pitch black room for sleeping in. Grocery stores, banks, currency exchange, and even a laundromat are a short walk away. And the neighborhood is quiet (except for rush hour traffic!) and safe. I hope to return the next time I visit! Staff was wonderful as well.

I had a really dark room unfortunately with two tiny windows. Bathroom was extremely tiny! The breakfast buffet didn't have a lot of vegan options, and the fruit wasn't very fresh. Gym needs to be better maintained as some of the machines weren't working properly. No cups in bathroom for your toothbrush.

In my opinion this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stayed at some of the best 5* hotels in London and around the world. What made. This place soo special was the attention to detail provided to myself by the concierge here no request was deemed too small to large to manage. Need a taxi Sorted, recommendations on where to visit sorted, activity bookings sorted nothing was too small or menial. And did I mention all this for less than your average stay at a four star around the world. This is definitely a hotel to stay at whenever you’re in Bucharest.

Great hotel, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, ready to advise on how to deal with Bucharest. Simple room, interesting views of Bucharest, close to the centre and where I needed to be. Breakfast was basic, not a lot of vegetarian options, but I expected that. Also, nothing to eat in the hotel if you get there late. Considering most flights from Europe arrive here around midnight… is not great! Luckily, Bucharest has great food delivery! I would stay here again!

Lovely hotel. Amazing service, everyone is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit small, but that wasn't an issue for me because everything was super clean and modern. Only thing that was annoying was that we couldn't turn on the air-conditioning (only heater and ventilation would turn on) making our room unbearably warm at night. We had to sleep with the window open which caused a lot of noise disturbance (many police cars and ambulances passing by with loud sirens). I absolutely loved the breakfast. Many options: cereal, hearty breakfast (eggs, bacon, beans,...), yoghurt, sweets, juices, etc. Many choices to pick from, even as a vegetarian (yay!).

Overall our stay was nice, a good value option especially with breakfast. My one real complaint is that the room were boiling hot day and night, and as it was March "they" (the usual central eastern european "they" :-) hadn't enabled ability to use the AC. I think this needs to be improved somehow, as there were several warm days in a row, and the only other option was to open the window which was not really effective and also loud from traffic. But the staff were pleasant, breakfast was pretty good (nothing spectacular, but comprehensive), and the room was modern/new. They did forget to give us any toilet roll too, but I assume that's very unusual!

It’s my last night of a 7 night stay and it’s been amazing. Great location,AirCon amazing and virtually silent and the mini fridge also fantastic. Bed super comfortable,fat pillows and bathroom stunning. Staff all brilliant. 5 Stars

Rooms ok...it's more of a business meeting hotel than vacation location. Having said that it is nice,clean and pretty quiet of a night. 2 moans..1 the extraction fan in the bathroom did not work and 2 we booked a take out breakfast ready for an early sightseeing trip but they forgot about it 😫

We was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu showcased a variety of nice dishes, blending bold flavors and attractive presentation. The attentive of the staff(including Chef Valy) ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. Overall it’s a nice hotel but not having in-room climate control is really difficult to deal with. I was unable to sleep properly for a week despite having the balcony door fully open all day & all night. I met another guest on a tour that had a similar issue with the temperature being set too high & unable to sleep. The rooms are good and the service is good too - the staff are friendly. However, if you’re a temperature sensitive traveller during the colder season be warned.

Excellent location near the city centre. Elegant decoration (modern with industrial style). Beds and pillows to die for. Breakfast decent with a variety of choice. But the biggest asset for me, was Claudia at reception. Even though I arrived at the early hours of the morning, I was greeted with a broad smile, positive energy, kindness and professionalism. As I had an early business meeting the following day, I requested an iron and ironing board which were brought to my room within minutes, again with a smile. Staff like Claudia are true ambassadors for the hotel brand and they deserve special mention and recognition. A big thank you Claudia, you have made my stay seamless!

Great little hotel in city centre. About 10min car journey to most city point of interest. Handy convenience store next door open till late. 30 min drive to Therme Spa and Airport. Room cleaning was poor. Hardly touched anything! General hotel service and quality of room was good.

I came on vacation in Bucharest for four days and found this hotel by chance. Ibis Hotel is a hotel in an excellent location close to the city center. An excellent room, beautifully equipped and modern, the breakfast was excellent and the hotel staff is lovely. Helped me with every question and request. highly recommend.

Lovely hotel for a reasonable price, limited breakfast options but it’s centrally located which is handy for getting to go shopping or reach the train station. Very cool looking reception area with traditional Romanian folk masks and clothes on display.

The rooms are nice but small. My biggest issue is they don't allow early check-in even though i have platinum status. I often choose ACCOR hotels so i can i use this benefit. Also, the welcome drink doesn't include beer! This is the first time i ever experienced this in an ACCOR hotel

We stayed there back in October, me and my husband had a lovely time! The room was very clean, well stocked, and had a very nice breakfast. All the staff were so friendly and social, which made us feel very comfortable. Only negative is that we received an accessible bath room so when showering the floor was all wet and the toilet is covered in water. However it is nice to see that they had accessible rooms so it was worth it ❤️ As for the location it was very central, with a variety of food options at walking distance. We highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a budget hotel, thank you for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

I stayed in many hotels in Bucharest over the years and this has been the stay that I enjoyed the most. The hotel is new and immaculate. The location is perfect -- a pleasant walk away from many of the city's attractions. And the team are so friendly and accommodating! They did everything they could to make me feel at home. I had to check out at 4am to catch an early morning flight and they packed a lovely breakfast for me to take away, free of charge. They go above and beyond for their guests -- huge congrats to the management team and the staff for creating a lovely atmosphere. I can't wait to come back!

I am quite a frequent traveller and though I tend to stay in 4* or higher this hotel came recommended to me. There is nothing to fault on this hotel, the price is extremly competitive, the rooms are up-to-date and with very comphy beds, the bathroom completly functional, bedrooms are cleaned daily with change of towels, the breakfast has plenty to choose from and the staff are very friendly! I even had dinner in the hotel one night and thought the price/quality ratio was spectacular. It is also just a 15 minute walk into the city center and the Romanian Athenaeum.

Has an underground car park, you get free parking with a 2 night stay, which is great for a city-center hotel as parking is always scarce!
