You must read the terms and conditions beforehand and somewhere in there it's mentioned that their exchange rate is NBR exchange rate + 2%! It should be transparent when you pay at what exchange rate that is. It looks to me they don't operate in good faith if in the offer they mention the amount in EUR and on the page you pay the amount is in RON with no information on the exchange rate. If this wasn't enough, the agency operator I talked to basically hung up on me when I raised this issue.

Zborul era la 11:15 dar cu o zi inainte de plecare ne-a sunat ghidul sa ne zica ca s-a schimbat zborul si o sa plecam la 8.40 iar la ora 4 trebuia sa fim in fata hotelului sa ne transfere ei sore aeroport...am.ajuns la aeroport la 6 si surpirza zborul nu s-a schimbat...ora zborului fiind 11:15...asa ca am asteptat 5 ore degeaba in aeroport...NU RECOMAND ACEASTA Agentie..este prima si ultima data cand merg cu ei, ps: in aeroport toti romanii care au folosit christian tour au patit acelasi lucru ca noi
