So I travelled to Bangalore- my hometown from abroad for my delivery when I was about 30 week pregnant. I am a first time mom and I did not know any doctor personally in Bangalore, so when enquired I was recommended Dr. Reshu by a lot of my friends who previously have been her patients and my Uncle. I was skeptical about how things will be handled during the ongoing pandemic but I was impressed with the way Dr Reshu dealt with the whole process. She is kind and understanding, her approach towards dealing with patients is something that I really liked about her. She is gentle and supportive. Always available on call/msgs for any kind of doubts or questions. Pregnancy is a phase where in women deal with unknowns/uncertainty everyday and it is important to have a doctor who understands your state of mind and i am grateful to Dr Reshu as I could just count on her for everything. From my birth experience I can tell that she is a doctor who is well prepared for every situation and is organised, quick. I was always given the options/choices for my delivery -may it be the hospital, the type of delivery etc and I never felt that she decided things for me and I was in total control of what I wanted as part of my birth plan. Post delivery contact/support- there are many occasions when I have contacted her on call/msgs post delivery and she has been available to hear me and help me out at the earliest she could. Excellent ENT specialist. He healed my ears completely.I had severe fungal infection in my ear. Previous doctor had given medicines. As a result my effected ear had got completely blocked. Dr Alok examined the ear. He extracted all the fungal infection with his advanced machine. My ear got healed completely when he did that. He left me only with ears drops to be applied and zero antibiotics. He is an amazing and an experienced doctor. The fees was extremely nominal. He is the best. It was only the visiting charges he took. No money was taken for the ear cleaning also.

I waited for half an hour and have seen at least 25-30 patients consulting him. He is not even giving basic time for patients to explain. Just want to finish that 1 hr slot, take money and leave. The purpose of a doctor is to ensure patients are receiving the best possible care which is not even a 1% with Mr.Alok Banka. Medication is a second thing but he was not even interested or tolerant enough to hear the patient regarding the illness or the severity. My mother was in unbearable pain so was the reason to check for a nearest ENT and unfortunately we came across this doctor specialist Mr. Alok Banka with 20years of experience.His reviews are clearly fake I can say that with our experience. My mother was already checked for ear and dental and was redirected to ENT because of the pain killers not soothing her pain for more than 2 hours. And this doctor Mr. Alok who charged Rs 550/- did not even give us 2min . He seemed to be in a rush to complete his appointments at Cogent Care and go to his next clinic. Gave us general medicine for cold and throat infection when she we telling him she's having unbearable pain crying. Wasted our money and effort to travel to this fake reviewed doctor. He recklessly suggested us to get admitted in any hospital for an injection if there's so much pain and was not even trying to help our mother. We had a terrible experience at this doctor. He was rude and unhelpful and will never ever recommend him. He was prescribing pain killers and suggested to take them any no. Of times the pain comes back at any point be it even once in 2-3 hrs. I question him If he would take chance with my mother's life ?? His only aim seems to be finishing off with his stipulated 1hr time at the clinic with the maximum no. of patients.

My personal experience at Dr.Alok clinic was a blessing in disguise which helped me to bring back my voice back to normal. Dr Reshu is extremely talented and experienced gynecologist. She is very polite and humble with patients. I have been consulting her throughout my pregnancy and she helped in delivery of my baby boy recently. I am from Delhi and I came Bangalore for some time.Here I am suffering from cold. It is long old disease for me. Doctor listened all my words very carefully. He prescribed only nasal drops and they worked. Before my turn, one old man was explaining him about his hearing problem. He explained him due to age factor, your hearing capacity has been decreased and medicine will not work.You should use some hearing device.So overall I want to say that doctor does not prescribe unnecessary medicine and tests. Very good doctor, humble,polite and more important master in his work The staff is also very Cooperative... very good does not differentiate between poor and rich patients I would highly recommend Cogent Care for any issue/surgery related to ENT. 👍

I had pain in the throat for quite sometime. Doctor said nothing it is just an imaginary feeling and its in nerves and gave a neurobion tablet. Are we crazy that we go to doctor when we have pain? We ourselves do not rush but wait with pain for 2 weeks and then only go. But Dr. Alok just stopped short of saying I am a crazy person. I am utterly shocked by his callous rude attitude. Vydehi hospital doctors are much better. There the doctor found out that I have inflammation in throat and gave medicines and asked to come for follow up as well.

Fantabulous Doctor. Always consider for ENT Related problem. I am writing this review after a complete treatment of my mother which took around 2 months. My Mother has operated by him for the pain in Neck as she was suffering since very long. He always listen to patient and then provide feedback. With my mother’s odd arguments (not to take medicine) also he do not get angry. And explained and convinced her thoroughly. Whenever I called him on his mobile he always pick phone and provide suggestion. So the best part of this doctor is approachability.

We met Dr. Reshu Saraogi today for gynae checkup. She is so busy, waiting time was 1hour. But it's worth spending some time for waiting to meet such a doctor. I had severe ear pain, doctor alok banka didn't listen to me properly. he just gave some pain killers to relieve the pain for a short moment, after a few minutes the pain came back. and charged 550 rs for nothing, Don't just look at positive reviews and get fooled like me.

I won’t feel she has enough experience bcz of below One day before we visited and then very next day my wife feel lot of pain and immediately we went to Cloud nine hospital near ITPL and there we found baby chord disconnected from mother as a result we lost . Doctor simply clean ear wax but I didn't got relief from pain and also they charged extra 200 rs for cleaning ear wax which not acceptable, revist is only for 6 days which very less.
