I
recently
had
the
pleasure
of
visiting
El
Secreto
de
San
Clemente
restaurant
in
Segovia,
and
it
was
an
amazing
experience.
This
restaurant
is
located
in
the
main
square
of
Segovia,
just
a
short
walk
away
from
the
famous
Aqueduct,
making
it
a
perfect
location
for
lunch
or
dinner
while
exploring
the
city.
We
had
the
traditional
dish
called
cochinillo,
and
it
was
simply
outstanding.
The
skin
was
incredibly
crispy,
and
the
meat
was
incredibly
tender
and
juicy,
making
for
a
truly
memorable
culinary
experience.
We
also
had
a
three-course
lunch
that
included
a
starter,
main
dish,
and
dessert,
all
of
which
were
delicious.
The
service
was
exceptional,
and
the
staff
went
out
of
their
way
to
ensure
that
we
had
everything
we
needed
throughout
our
meal.
We
were
seated
on
the
terrace
in
the
shade,
which
provided
gorgeous
views
of
the
Aqueduct,
making
for
an
unforgettable
dining
experience.
In
addition
to
the
outdoor
seating,
there
was
also
a
lovely
indoor
dining
area
that
was
air-conditioned,
which
would
be
great
for
a
hot
summer
day.
The
restaurant
was
extremely
clean,
and
the
bathrooms
were
spotless,
which
is
always
a
plus
when
dining
out.
Overall,
I
would
highly
recommend
El
Secreto
de
San
Clemente
restaurant
to
anyone
visiting
Segovia.
The
food,
service,
and
location
were
all
amazing,
making
for
an
unforgettable
dining
experience.
The
cochinillo
was
a
highlight
of
our
trip,
and
we
will
definitely
be
returning
on
our
next
visit
to
Segovia.
