Went for a friend's daughter wedding reception. Everything was fine with strict SOP. Recommended to whoever who plans to have a reception there

Disappointed with the room and toilet. Dirty and smelly. My brother did ask them to clean but they give us excuses.

We booked a family room. The room was spacious and comfortable but the toilet needs scrubbing!

Cheap, in the mall, got cinema just 2 floors above. Good water pressure, basically a convenient place to stay if you're visiting Hospital Selayang.

Room conditions were acceptable, but not very clean. I can see a stain on the wall, a coffee spill maybe and a sambal trace on the floor. I have an urgent meeting the next day. In the morning, while my meeting started, someone was trying to open my door, tapping the access card a few times. And then, Knock the door many times and ring the door bell non stop! It really distract my meeting. I heard the voice is a lady, probably the room service. My question is, why is she trying to enter my room while i haven't check out yet? I failed to deliver my meeting as the distraction kept on going for about almost 10 minutes. In the afternoon, i checked out and asked the front counter for an explanation, the guy says he did not know anything about it. What a bluff. I wanted to meet the cleaner that disturbed me but couldn't as she already went out for lunch break. I am really disappointed, as my intention is to rent a hotel to avoid any distraction, but this is what i get...

Booked this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is quiet near to Hospital Selayang, easy to go if had an appointment. 2 staff lady, 1 Indian and 1 sabah or sarawak I guess, was super friendly and nice. They help us a lot from booking and tv issues. Really happy to received the service from them. 5 star service. However the parking lot at rooftop level is quiet scary if you park your car there.

Quite a nice and spacious room for a 3 star hotel.nice and clean room,floor and bed. The staff is very friendly and accommodating,always answer with a smile. The bed is quite comfy and clean. The downside is the shower room,on the wall and glassdoor there is a mold here and there,not quite clean. For the shower room only i give a 2 star. As for the parking is quite near,but on the way to parking,the space is quite shallow,the wall may grate your car side. There are shopping mall and food stall in the same building.

Secluded cheap hotel. Good for low budget stay. Toiletries does not come with disposable toothbrush and toothpaste. Toilet need proper scrubbing. Located just beside a function hall. If unlucky it will be noisy late into the night. In fact you can clearly hear people talking outside the room.

Nearby hospital selayang... Friendly staff.. Price good.. Have own parking, no need to park by roadside

The walls need to be clean as well as the beds!! Fix that and I promise you guys will have better reviews.

The bathroom has stubborn stains at wash basin, wall and floor. Blankets are only folded and placed at corner of the bed instead of tucked in at both sides of the bed. Blanket has big patches of ball point ink stains. Bedsheets, pillow cases and towels do not have a crisp clean and fresh smell. I believe hotel will garner more stairs if improvements are made.

Even thou there's not much of a shopping places but there's a suitable venue for any celebration like wedding and a great place to watch movies too!

Near by hospital selayang and hotel very nice and clean like a standard hotel ....... All facilities are near there and its easy for people stay there...lastly hotel prices is very low if we book from agoda ...

It was clean but the hotel is very secluded...needs more exposure in terms of signage etc. In room should provide a phone and at least sachets to make coffee or tea...

Nice and pleasant stay. Room is tidy and clean. Receptionist is friendly. However to access the hotel is a bit tricky, but you can ask the guard and they will help you.

Very very pretty room and clean, we took the double room. There got a cute mini stair leading to the mirror and bathroom which I really love. Got tv mini fridge hairdryer thermos all the basic necessities. Iron not sure. Very family friendly, booked 2rooms and can connect both rooms. But not sound proof la. Got parking space for cust. And surrounding is full of places to eat, even karaoke bcs located inside a mall. Worth every penny!

Reasonably priced and surprising huge room. Bed was comfortable, air con working well. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Walls were very thin though and if you don't mind the noise than this place would be perfect. Location wise it, it is on top of selayang mall..so basic necessities is abundant. Really enjoyed my time and highly recommended.
