Recommend the tatami room if you have kids. Big entrances and decent space for your toddlers to have fun. Tatami rooms are all on the 6th floor but has a nice garden view.

Centrally located between the rail station and all the shopping in Sendai. A 5 - 10 minute walk to anything that you can think of, that you would want to do. Upscale ambiance with nice amenities. They are only a doorway away from great shopping and some good places to eat. Only reason that their score wasn't higher were their beds, reminded me of sleeping on the floor as a kid. If you're going to have these extra firm beds, may want to offer a choice to your guest on their preference.

Right at the Sendai Main subway and Jr station. Super convenient. Shopping malls and restaurants around. It’s also good location to access to other places. Room good size looks brand new with contemporary design. Highly recommend!

Their service is super great!!! They help me to reach out the bus company for returning my backpack. Their location is very convenient, too.

This hotel is conveniently located right near Sendai station. The room was very nice and comfortable. It had a great view of the city and even though it was right near the train station you couldn't hear anything. The window shades kept it nice and dark and the temperature control was just right. You get all your basic amenities including hygiene products and complimentary water. The staff were very friendly and there are also 3 restaurants located in the hotel. They offered 10% off in coupons but I didn't try any of the food because I spent too much time away from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Sendai.

Rooms are beautiful with great facilities. Bathroom slightly old but renovated. Bed incredibly hard, but this is common in Japan. Service was great, but annoying that you have to return the room key every time you leave the hotel.

I didn't stay here overnight but as the hotel is conveniently located right beside the railway station, I had afternoon tea at the lobby lounge while waiting for my train.

Dear Sir/Madam, We would like to deliver our appreciation to Mr. Onodera San. He and another lady supported us to walk from the Metropolitan main building to the East one by Dec/22. It's super thankful for their help to assist us to carry so many luggages more than 10 mins. Without their help, we will spend another hour in Sendai station. This is the best service and we really want to say "Thank you" to both of them. Best hotel in Sendai!

Nice, comfortable and convenient which located nearby with Bus/JR stations and shopping malls. Only thing is that the breakfast buffet has to improve to gather more customers to avoid long queues and waiting.
