I stayed in best western Gangnam for 9 days while on vacation. Peter Park went above and beyond his job responsibilities to make my stay as stress free as possible. While I only speak a small amount of Korean he was able to assist with booking taxis, providing information on tourist attractions, closures due to COVID,and anything else needed. Always answered my questions with a smile and great attitude. There was also another young lady that got a taxi for me as well as provided an umbrella due to it raining. I don’t remember her name but she works 7 am to 3 pm. She also found out where I needed to go to get the correct COVID test done before I could leave the country.Housekeeping also did an amazing job. They are all valuable assets to the company. Thank you for my amazing stay.

Terrible service and bad attitude from the staff. When we arrived at the hotel, they refused us due to their own corona restrictions. They did not inform us before our arrival and claimed that it is our fault. We had to find a nearby hotel, which accepted us without any problem. The hotel does not meet the quality of Best Western in Europe.

Towels are so dirty and brown. They are supposed to be white. Lobby area is poorly designed with fewer chairs or sofa. Front desk does not check you in before 2 pm.

Not too far from the metro Line 9. It's quiet at night. Room are quite clean and it's clean everyday. Receptionist was quite helpful and fluent in English as we don't speak Korean. It's a no frills hotel.

I got stuck with a smoke room due to room availability. But the room was overall clean. Service and staff are great.

I've stayed here for a week now after having a bit of surgery. It's a pretty good hotel but it is a bit of walk from the metro station where I had my surgery (Gangnam Station) on a slight hill. If you haven't had surgery recently it's not such a big issue but for me I should have picked something closer to the station. Still though, I'd recommend staying here if you want something not overly expensive and simple. The nearest station is Sinonhyeon station about a 5 minute walk away and Gangnam Station about at 15 minute walk away.

Rooms are pretty decent. They are clean and great helpful staff. Air conditioner is very temperamental and the room gets extremely hot quickly. There are no wash clothes so make sure you bring your own. Beds are harder than I would like. They could be a bit softer for comfort.

Great little hotel in a convenient location. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. No frills like some of the other hotels in the area, but it is perfect on a budget. Getting to/from the hotel was easy, taking bus 7603 from the airport. Departing, the stop is directly in front of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Flew in to meet old friends and have a few days of partying in the Gangnam area. Hotel is pretty well located to everything - at least everything I was interested in. The room was good. Once thing that annoyed me was I couldn't get the heater to stop blowing warm air in the room. Front desk was helpless. Only relief I got was the 2-3 inches the window could be cracked open to let out the heat. If it hadn't been for the heat in the room, though, it would've been a fine stay. Would I stay again? Only if on a budget. Else I'd go somewhere with another star.

It's clean and conveniently located in between 신논현역 and 언주역. Nothing special. If you are flying via Gimpo, you should take the line 9 express train via 신논현역.
