The worst experience i had is living here. Rental was so overpriced with nothing provided at all, note that this is a student hostel.no wifi provided. The house is always very very hot. No air conditioner, no stove, no washing machine, no study area, no laundry bar. Also, they make spotcheck to make sure we didn’t bring stove or other things. Utilities bill are so expensive too, i dont even know why because there’s nothing in that house that uses a lot of electricity. Management is the worst and ruthless. To student entering uni, please dont stay here.

Overpriced, hot, dirty, facilities are broken, management is terrible, service very slow and messy. A lot of mosquitoes, dengue area. Even one star is too high of a rating.

Lift not functioning took months to repair. Renting and bill are overpriced. The unit doesnt have air conditioner / washing machine but the utilities bill is expensive as if they have them. The ventilation is terrible.

The utilities there broken and the maintenance not yet repair the utilities. More than two months no light at our room. More than a month, our fridge spoiled. Eventhore we made complaint, they not yet come and do repairing at our house.

It's hot than mutiara ville condominium. Have 24 hr dobi. It can be considered as safe place. Have a small mall near to it.

overpriced rental fee for quite a small place to live in, not much ventilation, this place gives me chills in an ominous way, although the area is genuinely safe.

The house is exactly different from the one they show us when we want to see the hostel.... But it's okay because it have many facilities over here

So dirty. So expensive. The electricity is soo expensive for a month even without aircond. The management should be more responsible.
