Great location in Seremban city. Not too noisy. Lots of eateries and restaurants nearby, even late at night. Convenience stores nearby. Lobby's design is super lovely with light snacks serving all day. Pinky and sweet theme. The room was fine. I booked a single bed room. The room was decent but needed a little maintenance. The door double lock was broken and some paint on the wall was coming out. And I think they just cleaned the room before I checked in as there was still water on the bathroom's floor, toilet bowl and basin as well some water beside the bed. Toiletries and toilet papers were not refilled. The staff is not very friendly but not rude. They just don't know how to communicate nicely and never have a welcoming smile when I checked in and checked out and also when I requested for toilet paper and a hair dryer (hair dryer was not provided in the room). Overall it was a great hotel just for staying over a night or 2.

Like: Bathroom is clean, new and love the shower. Room size with queen size bed is just nice. Elderly friendly with rooms at ground floor. Cozy corner at lobby allowed me working on my laptop. Friendly and understanding staff. Parked my car at the perfect spot in front of the entrance during the stay. Few shops away from eatery shops (day/night) and a vegetarian restaurant. Reasonable price with the above reasons. Areas for improvement: Repair / service air con Put up a signage for all guests to keep their voice / noise low after 11pm since the building isn’t built with sound proof.

The cleanliness is average, on the floor is cleaned. It's only the top of lamp, like all of top is full with dust. I don't think the cleaner will miss out to wipe at all top area. But the hotel environment/decoration is good, for instafamous, this is a good place to take ootd. The toiletries also need to be improved. No toothpaste, no toothbrush. Only 1 tissue roll hanging inside toilet & 2 pcs of soap. The rest is okay. This hotel only near to Chinese restaurants, if u are Muslim, u need to go far a bit to find food stall.

It was a NIGHTMARE! An eye opening towards a 3-Star Hotel that should be in 1-Star instead. Checked in at 11pm, NO greetings at all at the front counter. Staff is not friendly as described by other reviewers. Check in process was slow and most scary part is, they are not wearing any mask during this COVID-19 pandemic. The feeling is like we are begging for a night stay. There is no remote for the air cond, u have to use the chair to step on to adjust the temp and fan speed at your OWN RISK. The temp is like 20 Celsius at all time and claim to be the lowest infact it’s blowing warm air. It was a restless and sleepless night ever. The shower gel (2x packet Heinz chilli size) only sufficient for u to wash your legs only. Soap was given to do the rest which is a disappointment. NO toothbrush and paste given. The air ventilator is clogged with dust. There is only two ply of tissue left for us to use, probably for us to wipe out tears for a worst experience. Your house keeping is not doing their job at all. Waking up every two hours gasping for cool air is really terrible. Will NOT return for the stay despite the ambient and decoration is nice but the service was really terrible. A great hotel will NOT give u a restless night. I am waking up at 4.30am to review this.

Been staying here over 8 years at least. Place getting a bit run down and parking getting worse with new food court nearby. Last checked in RM 210 06/03/18 at 11pm. Woke at 1230 to find air cond blowing warm air. Staff reset and lasted half an hour before problem occurred after 1am. Reset again, problem reoccurred after 2am. Even when air is cool it is not at 16C but more probably 21-22C. Staff offered 3 other room with the same problem. I opened one AC and the filters were never cleaned. Checked out at 3am dead tired cos no assurance the problem would be fixed and no refund. Definitely will not return ever again as management consider problem on customers side rather than implement customer recovery service.

The renovations were a good call, this place is very beautifully designed. A little too Pinterest for my taste (millennial pink, dove grey and brass finishings everywhere) but still great otherwise. Service was good and the staff is super friendly. Great location-- huge food court at the back called One Eleven, and other cute cafes within walking distance. Rooms were a little cramped. Beds are not very long so tall people might have a little trouble. Air cond setting were also really odd and had no remotes...? Lost a star for the room inconveniences. Pictured is the refreshments zone with a cart of snacks.

For the price of rm150 per night i think the room is clean, spacious and location is great. I will choose to stay here again if i were to come to seremban. They have tea making facilities and snacks as well on ground floor.
