It
was
a
NIGHTMARE!
An
eye
opening
towards
a
3-Star
Hotel
that
should
be
in
1-Star
instead.
Checked
in
at
11pm,
NO
greetings
at
all
at
the
front
counter.
Staff
is
not
friendly
as
described
by
other
reviewers.
Check
in
process
was
slow
and
most
scary
part
is,
they
are
not
wearing
any
mask
during
this
COVID-19
pandemic.
The
feeling
is
like
we
are
begging
for
a
night
stay.
There
is
no
remote
for
the
air
cond,
u
have
to
use
the
chair
to
step
on
to
adjust
the
temp
and
fan
speed
at
your
OWN
RISK.
The
temp
is
like
20
Celsius
at
all
time
and
claim
to
be
the
lowest
infact
itโs
blowing
warm
air.
It
was
a
restless
and
sleepless
night
ever.
The
shower
gel
(2x
packet
Heinz
chilli
size)
only
sufficient
for
u
to
wash
your
legs
only.
Soap
was
given
to
do
the
rest
which
is
a
disappointment.
NO
toothbrush
and
paste
given.
The
air
ventilator
is
clogged
with
dust.
There
is
only
two
ply
of
tissue
left
for
us
to
use,
probably
for
us
to
wipe
out
tears
for
a
worst
experience.
Your
house
keeping
is
not
doing
their
job
at
all.
Waking
up
every
two
hours
gasping
for
cool
air
is
really
terrible.
Will
NOT
return
for
the
stay
despite
the
ambient
and
decoration
is
nice
but
the
service
was
really
terrible.
A
great
hotel
will
NOT
give
u
a
restless
night.
I
am
waking
up
at
4.30am
to
review
this.
