the good: 1. the room size is decent, the aircond is working well and wifi is averagely good 2. the location of this hotel is excellent for business purpose with available parking and is quite centrally located but would need a car to get around, thus would make a good place to stopover for the night if you are tired 3. no issue with the toilet as it is clean and served its purpose well 4. the checking in and out was a breeze and the receptionist was a fine and friendly malay lady the bad: 1. not many except that the location will be a bit quiet and dark at night 2. however there is a karaoke or bar nearby, and the sound-proofing can be better Overall, not a bad stay. would consider staying again in the future

It's an alright hotel/motel considering it's price, the facilities are so-so, but I found a dead cockroaches in the hall and one living one in my room which was a bummer. There is free wifi but it' isn't that strong but it's alright. Has all necessities in the room. But am Quite weirded out what the tip of my bathroom shoes were chopped off and the bathroom has no lock and is glass ( kinda off see through by shadows- those kinds).

Location 5 minutes to downtown seremban. Surrounded by Chinese restaurants and pubs. Parking big problem after 4-5pm. Sometimes noisy. Room interior OK. Aircond OK. Water heater / pressure good. Only 2 TV channels. That's not good.

The family room was smaller than expected. Comforter sheets looked a bit dirty, had some stains. We found a tiny house lizard running on our bed at 12 AM. Only two cups in a family room for four. Walls are not very soundproof, so expect hearing loud neighbours talking and moving around. Bathroom is spacious, towels provided. Iron upon request. Overall would not recommend this hotel, but perhaps the branch in Seremban 2 is better.

nice hotel budget... Air-conditioning not really cool but still okey. The wifi not really fast for gaming and streaming video. So far its service are okey for me.

Room very comfortable but little strange room check in must at 3 pm.. but check out must 12 pm..

Worst experience ever. Despite accepting the event, the hotel charged hefty deposit of $500 for additional luggage. The hotel even asked the event to end before due time. Don’t ever stay here!

The service was really bad especially the receptionist . They dont know how to respect the customer , there”s no miss/madam or good morning . Such a rude receptionist . Not recommended to come here again as the service was really bad for me&the receptionist domt know how to entertain customer very well . But the room was great & everything was good.
